- Waterman Building & RemodelingWaterman Building & Remodeling is one of the best home repair companies I have worked with. Sales Rep Andy Cannon came over to the house to provide a complete estimate and to provide a brochure on all the various colors available. We were interested in a certain color, and Jenny Schermerhorn sent over pictures and addresses of work they had done using that color shingle. We agreed to the price, which I found very reasonable, and were put on the schedule on 4/14. We were told they were about 8 weeks out so to expect a call in early June, about a week before our appt. They called to tell us they would be over on June 13th. Materials were dropped off shortly after that call. The day of the appointment came, and the crew was here first thing in the morning. Everything was covered properly, and work began. Foreman kept us in the loop as to what was going on. Very nice guy who I loved chatting with. Work was completed in the afternoon, and a thorough cleanup was done using magnets to ensure no loose roofing nails were in the yard. Its been four months since the roof was replaced, and we have had many storms with heavy winds and rain since then with absolutely no issues with the roof

Reggie came out the very next morning to take a look at our house and the scope of work that was needed. After talking with Reggie when he gave us our original estimate, as well while we were waiting for three other contractors to return their estimates and make a decision, Reggie was honest and upfront and didn’t come off as a salesman. Our existing cedar shingles needed to be stripped from our entire house, which uncovered several areas of rot. Reggie communicated any issues he found as soon as they were discovered, and let us know what our options were to address them and the approximate cost to do so. He treated our house like it was his own, communicated progress daily and answered any questions that we had right away. We are extremely happy with the results and would recommend St Germain construction to anyone who is looking to have vinyl siding work or gutters done

"In august 2015, they installed their gutters on half my house. it worked well as a leaf guard all year long but part of their gutter seemed to get many icycles. The system and downspouts always worked well, never blocked in 3 years so i was satisfied with how the system worked even with the icycles.
