- MA Design & Construction CoOriginally we had hired MA Design to renovate two of our bathrooms, one being a full gut renovation of our Master Bathroom in 2021. We had such a good experience working with MA Design for our Bathroom renovations that we just had them come back to complete two other large scale projects. A full Kitchen refresh as well as a brand new back yard which included new stone patio with propane fire pit, new trex deck with integrated lighting, and a fully screened in porch. This was a large amount of work (in a difficult space as our back yard is only accessible by stairs so all work must be done by hand) and we really weren’t sure on what we could fit in the area. Marc & Raquel walked us through the full design and gave us options to find what worked best for us, and we are thrilled with our results. Would highly recommend for any projects for your home, indoor AND outdoor. We love our transformed house!

- Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.Our experience with Beantown was a fantastic one! At our initial visit with Jim, we were given great options and advice. We started our 3 step project by replacing 2 sliders on the back of our house. This was followed by step 2 which involved stripping off all the old curling cedar shingles. The house was wrapped tight and finished off with a beautiful natural clay colored vinyl siding. This phase was finished in an amazing 5 days!! The 3rd and final stage was a tear down and replacement of our 2 decks. Our sun filled backyard was the culprit in destroying everything made of wood! Our new decking was an Azek English Walnut, which was accented with white premier railings and risers. The crews we had for each phase were very professional. They started each day promptly at 7am and finished the day with a complete cleanup of the work area. We would like to give a special shout out to deck crew Brian and Pat! They worked so hard through many days of New England weather, and were so very kind to our Grandchildren! We were so pleased with our experience with Beantown, we are sure you will be too! - Mario's Roofing Siding & WindowsThe end result of a very complicated project to retain the aesthetic of our 1884 historic Victorian home, while delivering a sustainable largely maintenance free exterior, FAR exceeded our expectations. There were lots of creative solutions to unique "challenges." Crew was exceptional in its workmanship, work ethic and respect for our property. - AR Home Renovations CorpAndre and his team were incredible throughout the process. It started small by replacing some shingles, but more work was needed after that was complete. Andre was honest and transparent the entire time when discussing what was required to fix the leaking roof. Once the new roof and roof deck were signed off on, the project was finished quickly and Andre was responsive the entire time. He came back multiple times to ensure it was done properly, and still checks in to make sure everything is functioning properly. Would recommend 100/100 times for any type of work

- AC ConstructionHe did do a great work building my bedroom closet from the beginning to the end hanging doors and fixing hardwares. Also replaced the basement doors and hardwares.
- Bay State Painting & Power WashingWork was performed quickly and carefully. Steve is a great communicator and is an expert in his field. Very pleased with the results.
- D & S Partners ConstructionNew electrical and plumbing work was done in an old house to install new laundry appliances on a second floor. The job was complex and D&S Partners did an excellent job of planning, installation, and finishing work. They also did an excellent job of replacing a rear deck that fit well with the style of the house

"Jamie and his crew removed our old concrete patio and replaced it with new concrete. The cost was reasonable and the patio looks great. Jamie is easy to contact and work with. They arrive on time, are friendly and polite, work meticulously, and leave the site spotless. We would hire them again for other projects.

"I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer.
My issues with driveway:
• Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots
• Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled
• They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it

"MA Design was an amazing partner for our bathroom renovation. As with any old home, there were some issues we knew about (e.g. lack of vent, mysterious 2-inch threshold, plumbing stack below roof line), and then there were the mystery issues we knew we were bound to discover. We needed true professionals who could handle anything we found, and the entire MA team rose to every challenge. Our project finished within the timeline (minus a small glass delay) and would have finished on budget if we hadn’t added to scope and gone for some higher end finishes. It was a huge undertaking but we are so happy with how the project came out and still can’t believe it’s our bathroom. Marc and Raquel were fantastic to work with and we’d definitely recommend them!
