I was in desperate need to replace my broilers because my heating system was not working as well as it should have been. Luckily American Home Remodeling are able to find me more efficient options at a reasonable price. They updated the entire heating system for all the floors of my house, updated all the electrical switches necessary and even included the clean up for the job. They handled all the permits necessary so my house was up to code as well. The entire job was done within a shorter period than I anticipated and they remained in contact with me throughout the entire process so I was aware of what was happening. I'm definitely going to use them in the near future when I finish my basement

Last used JBL three years ago for 2 bathroom remodel and new windows/doors. This time the work involved complete new kitchen, new lighting in kitchen, new floor, sanding of old floors, complete interior painting and 3 new windows. As with the last project, we could not be happier with the quality of the work. Dave was extremely easy to work with and equally important to get in touch with. He was at our home daily, checking previous days work and discussing work being done that day Same crew from three years ago. Excellent attention to detail including painters, plumbers, electrician, tile installers. Cleaned up at the end of the day. Dave is a hands on contractor who involved himself in the project start to finish. Would definitely use JBL again

MarGo is pricey, however, you really do get what you pay for. Xavier and Brandon who performed the work did an excellent job. An undiscovered problem with one of the pipes was identified and expertly taken care of. Both men were professional and cordial. Joe, the owner, also came by and removed a broken toilet seat, in record time. When you call this plumbing company you are calling the best in the Livingston/Essex county area

We have recently completed our Manhattan apartment renovation and are delighted that we were able to find and engage Gaudioso Contracting to do the work. Gaudioso’s is top-notch in all categories – outstanding work, awesome customer service, fairly priced, and people with integrity. They helped us understand what needed to be done and what our options were. When we expressed a particular desire, they worked to help us accomplish it. Gaudioso Contracting is the best in the business in our opinion. We highly recommend them without reservation. If we do any work in the future, we will unquestionably contact them to be our team. They are a five-out-of five stars

Working with Gaudioso Contracting made my kitchen renovation so much easier than I expected: From planning to completion. One of the many great benefits in working with these folks is that they made helpful design suggestions, and use a terrific local cabinet maker - I had been worried about supply chain issues holding up the project - but cabinets, counter delivery and tile backsplash installations went so smoothly under Luis' (the foreman's) supervision. All the folks at the main office were very helpful and patient in answering my numerous questions. This project was done during one of the many heat waves, and the workers were diligent and cheerful. I'm so happy with the results, the kitchen is really transformed into a lovely workspace. I especially appreciated Luis' attention to detail, and follow-through on even the smallest items. I'll work with Guadioso Contracting again for my next project, and I highly recommend them

My apartment is located on upper east side of Manhattan, the renovation is very complicated with a lot of regulations and I am very picky person with perfection mentality. My contractor is David who is very cool guy, He has done amazing job in the short time with low price that makes me very happy. I am a designer that I have my style set but he has done exactly what I like which impressed me completely. Even after service, he has always tried to help us with anything we need with no condition. We are very lucky to found a great contractor like him with Worry free. I am highly recommended him with pleasure

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
