My experience with Ace was excellent. I called based on recommendations from this site and their high rating. The Blades on my disposal had corroded and fell off. I did a bunch of research on what disposal to purchase and price range. I wasn't sure what they would quote since I didn't have alot of confidence in which one to buy. They insisted on not giving me a price until they came to see my sink, size and cabinet etc. I was a bit skeptical that they couldn't give me a general quote over the phone. The last plumber I used Benjamin Franklin (DON'T USE) ripped me off badly. Mike was assigned to my job where he arrived on time and was absolutely awesome. He quoted the job at a reasonable price and assured me the unit (Badger) that was being installed was more than what I need and would be quiet and reliable. He was right. He didn't have the unit with him and had to go get it but assured me that he would be back quickly and that I would be not miss the meeting I had scheduled. He lived up to his word. He replaced the unit, and triple checked his work. I asked him about fixture replacement and Mike took the time to give me an education on what I need if I decide to do that work in the future. He also "at no charge" looked at my upstairs shower head and told me what shower head I should buy to improve the water pressure. He was absolutely awesome and a pleasure to work with and the price was very reasonable. He did a great job cleaning up his work space. I would highly recommend Ace.

We used them because they had a lot of high reviews on Angie's List. They have good communication. They were very responsive and on time. The price was reasonable.

Tony recommended purchase of same model. Purchased it from Amazon.com and he installed it within a day. He removed the old disposal and volunteered to replace all the items I had cleared out of the under-sink cabinet.

Tony showed up on time, he did a good job, and he liked my dogs. He really does try to save me money. He's very conscientious about not overcharging. He's really fantastic.

After Mario spent about 45 seconds (maximum) fixing my disposal (really, just re-setting it, which I thought I had tried), he WOULDN'T CHARGE ME!!!! He said that I should avoid putting anything large into my disposal, and that if I would promise not to do that, and to call them for other plumbing needs, he would not charge me a cent. I mean, I expected that he would charge me the minimum for a service call, but it was pretty amazing to me that he would not charge at all.

Finally when I was rinsing out a soap dispenser in the upstairs kitchen soap bubbles came up into the sink downstairs. After Drano proved to do absolutely nothing it was time for a plumber. I called Ace in the morning and they came over at 2 PM that same afternoon. They wouldn't mention a price over the phone without seeing the situation in person; the charge to clear the drain was $185. That price seemed high but they showed up exactly when expected and the plumber seemed extremely knowledgable and was friendly. In the process of checking all out I asked if they install garbage disposals. They had one in the truck and the cost to clear the drain, sell and install the garbage disposal plus replace a cracked drain pipe under the sink was $360. It was all done within an hour and everything has been working great ever since. It was easy and reliable one stop shopping. I would absolutely use them again!

JMB Custom Renovations did an amazing job. He did work on one of our properties that we rent out. He went over and fixed the problem and sent us the bill with no hassle. We got no complaints from the renters.

They tried to repair it but it was very old. They needed parts that arent available, it was really rotted. I was happy with them. They were prompt, professional, nice and polite. I got the major things I was concerned with taken care of which was the bathroom thing and the disposal which I was concerned wasn't working or what the deal was. The price was reasonable. Do I think it was cheap, no. Do I think it was fair and reasonable, yes.

Wow. They deserve their high ratings on Angie?s List. Very quick response to my online inquiry. They gave me an appointment that was only 1 day out with a 2-hour window. Got a call saying the service representative was available early. Will showed up soon after. He was easy to work with and give me a good, clear assessment of my options for the two jobs, explaining the price range of the disposal & toilet. Told me what would be involved in the work. After we agreed, he wrote the estimate for the replacement of the disposal and told me they could do it then as someone from their office would bring the required parts ASAP. As he was waiting for the parts, he explained the options for a replacement toilet, went to his truck and wrote that estimate. Will then got to work pulling the old disposal and installing the new?quick efficient, quiet, focused, neat?not event a scuff on the sink. No debris. Used a tarp to keep it all clean. When he was looking under the sink, he explained to me that the original plumbing for the dishwasher was wrong and said he could take care of that. THIS is what home repair contractors should be like! January 2014: Brilliant again! I purchased a new toilet from them--a duel flush toilet--that the recommended, found, ordered & installed, continuing their exceptional work! Two jobs & very pleased!!

Ken arrived on time was very courteous and did a great job, he had to come back a couple of times to finish everything, but every thing was completed with in a week.

Mark diagnosed our kitchen faucet leak is caused by a crack in pullout handle. Advised us to call Grohe to find out if part has a lifetime warranty.

I called Tony and asked if he could do the work. He asked a couple of short diagnostic questions, then said, yes, and asked me to text my address, phone, and a photo of the model sticker to him. Later that day, he asked if I was at home - he had been able to clear some time to work on the dishwasher. I said yes, and he came right over, after asking me to empty dishes and remove the bottom rack. My dishwasher model, instead of having a filter for food particles, has a grinder, like a garbage disposal. It turned out that that had failed and needed replacement. Tony explained the issue and said the part would cost about $45. With the visit and labor charge, the total would be $170. He also showed me how to do basic troubleshooting, advised me on what dishwashing products to use, looked through the products I was using and gave me the thumbs up, and gave me free maintenance advice on my stove. I really appreciated how thorough, helpful, and informative he was. He tested his work and then took a mix of cash and check for payment. Very helpful in all aspects. After he left, I tested with a quick dishwasher load, and am happy to report that it's working like it was new again.
