Aaron diagnosed the problem and saw that the two issues were related; i.e., the ice maker mechanics were broken which caused the feed line to get blocked with overflow going to the evaporator line causing it to get blocked. We decided against a new ice maker so Aaron cleared the evaporator line, shut off the current ice maker and assured us that it would no longer leak. He told us that if we changed our mind within a week, he would return to install a new ice breaker for the cost of the parts. He also said he would return to fix the refridgerator if it leaked again. All in all, we were very satisfied

They were great. They sent me an email the night before letting me know when they would be there and called when they where heading that way. Aaron came out and looked at my dishwasher. He showed me all the prices on an I-pad before he started so I didn't get a surprise bill at the end. He had the part on his van and fixed it right then. He was very clean, used shoe covers and his own floor mat. Very nice. Will definitely call them if anything else breaks

Mark was on time and ready to work. Ductwork replacement in attic went quickly. Inside ductwork presented a problem which Mark fixed quickly. Original Roof cap (20 years old) was unsuited for a range hood ventilator, so Mark replaced with a new, suitable cap, which he painted to match the roof (brown). Mark brought an identical ventilator of his own to judge the effectiveness of the variable fan switch on my unit (it was OK). He also provided a wealth of good information on the care and feeding of ventilators, and took extra time to give us a few pointers about a new gas range as well as leveling it and replacing the old gas connector. All in all a great job and pleasurable experience. I would recommend him for any job dealing with appliance repair. I will use him gladly if I have future need for his services

We had a drain back up behind our washer! This was a tough one to find due to the way the drainage system was built! This guy was determined and after looking through several outlets both inside and out he cleared the issue! On top of that it was pouring rain outside where he had to check the trap! Outstanding effort! A few days later our dishwasher would not turn on! When the tech came to the house it was determined the the previous tech unplugged the dishwasher for some of his equipment! Honest mistake! I made the service call and technically owed the $75.00! I called Greenway expecting to have to pay, but to their credit they waived the fee! Please thank them for true customer service

"The technician was very nice and friendly and I believe did a great job but that is where the satisfaction ends. The price was outrageous. I was charged $433.76. I was told my washer needed two fill valves because one of them was leaking and while he was in there he might as well replace both. We have washer and dryer stackable units. I helped the technician take the dryer on and off the washer so he could fix the problem. When I signed for everything the receipt only had the total cost. there was no breakdown of the cost of the parts or the labor. After the gentleman left, I googled the cost of the parts and at most it would’ve been $80 with some website selling the parts for his low as $40 so that means I was charged anywhere from $250-$325 for labor. It took the gentleman 1.5 hours to fix and clean up. If he charged me for having to take the dryer off to me that should’ve been written off because I helped him. Live and learn. again I should’ve asked for a cost breakdown because there is no way I would’ve paid $300 for labor. Especially since I helped. I will more than likely not use this company again because I don’t appreciate the price gouging. Again the technician was great he’s only Charging me what the computer tells him and that’s the company’s fault not his.
