I had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. Signed up with Neli, and had the answer to my problem in 15 minutes. James F gave me the part number for replacement and wa-laa, I’m waiting for it to come in the mail. I am very impressed and will use this service again as needed.

They were very good at communicating and being very punctual on arriving for service call. However, it needed an expensive replacement part and after checking realized I had an extended service warranty so their services were not needed. I would call again for any appliance repairs needed.

Recent Review: Our dryer is now as good as new. He is very easy to work with. He is always on time for the appointments. He will give you his best opinion on what needs to be fixed and how to fix it. He has even given us advice in the past on not fixing something. When he was here before the washer machine wasn't working. He said we would be way better off buying a new one. All he charged us for was his trip fee. He charged a trip charge of $40.00, $10.00 for labor, and $10.00 for parts; you cant be that! We have called him on the phone several times with questions. He has been very helpful. Before we bought our dishwasher we called him and asked him what brand he would recommend. He is more than happy to help you ovr the phone.

Recent Review: Our Whirlpool dishwasher died on us and I called for an estimate. There was a cancellation so the owner arrived an hour later. He found that the pump motor was bad, and he called around but the parts are no longer available - this model is too old. He was very professional and the cost for the service call was very reasonable, in my opinion.

Terry exceeded my expectations and I would not have a problem calling him again or recommending him to family and friends. Like in a previous review, Terry fit me into his busy schedule. I did call around for quotes from other service companies, and by far Terry's Appliance Service was the most reasonable.
