"Very Good. As the house change from propane to Natural Gas, my water heater, furnace, and range need to have some kits installed. After consulting with Pro-Tech, I needed a new water heater that can run on natural gas. I thought I only needed a 50g water heater (at a quote of $2100 for all the work), but turns out I needed 70g for the extra floor heating I have. The team came on time and did the work. But due to Natural Gas company's fault, the team had to come in the next day again to do the adjustment at no extra charges. The team made sure everything was perfect and answered all my questions in detail. Will hire again in the future.

"Arrow was quick to come and give us a quote after calling. I liked that the same gentleman who came to give us the quote was also going to be one of the individuals installing the furnace and an owner of the company. The quote was very reasonable and the owner took a lot of time to describe our options and the pros and cons of each option. <br /> In addition to doing a great job installing the new furnace Arrow also fixed our central air conditioner for free, this after several <br /> other and quot;bigand quot; heating and cooling places in the Grand Rapids area told us that we would need to replace the whole AC unit or possibly they could fix it for $500-$1000. Arrow said that it was a small issues with an old wire that could quickly be replaced. Arrow fixed the issue for free in less than 20 minutes. The AC unit has worked great ever since and the furnace was wonderful and cost much less than some of the other quotes we received. <br /> Arrow also installed a NEST thermostat that we have really loved. <br />

"I selected Alpha &amp; Omega because they offered a camera inspection of chimneys and since it was off season they were running a special promotion. Technicians were on time and professional, chimney was very dirty but the crew protected the area around the fireplace. They inspected the hot water heater venting and informed me that it was not to current code. When I latter had my gas meter upgraded, the Consumers technician failed my hot water heater due to improper venting. I had Alpha &amp; Omega return to upgrade my hot water heater vent and install a chimney liner with a chimney cap. I did not get any other quotes for these services as the prices seemed reasonable based on past experience.
