When the crew showed up they evaluated my chimney and let me know it did not even need a cleaning. I appreciated that as others might have done it anyway in chargef me full price. They only charged for the service call.

He put a drop cloth in front of the fireplace to make sure the carpeting was protected. He re-started the pilot light and showed us how to do it. Now the fireplace starts by the switch as it was designed to.

Matt reinstalled the chimney to keep the rain out. And showed up within the expected time frame (a little late as he was finishing up another install).

Description of Work
Chimney blew off in a storm. A different provider made a temporary fix while they researched repair/replace options. Unfortunately, the tarp ultimately blew off as well.
