He offered to fix it, but due to the cost of repairs and age of the dishwasher, I decided to purchase a new one. David gave me some suggestions as to a reliable brand, and he also installed the new one. I was very pleased with the service, and David was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about the product. "He was nice, professional and did an excellent job. I feel he lied to me about the part I needed being expensive. I went on the Whirlpool website and found the part was only $38.88. He told me the part cost over $100 saying he would waive the $49 service call fee because the part was so expensive. I will not use their service again do to being lied to. I don't mind paying for service, but do not like being taken advantage of like that.

"I had my appointment with Mr. Harmond W. on May 07, 2022. It was rather easy to set up appointments and the site makes it rather easy to reschedule (which I've had to do). Mr. Harmond W. was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've read great reviews about his appointments on here. We pinpointed the problem by process of elimination. For my particular model (Whirlpool) he's seen the common water leak issue I was experiencing. Oftentimes, filter housings need to be replaced. Mr. Harmond W. just confirmed my observation and I am glad I may now rectify the issue. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Harmond W. sent me the exact part needed via email . One may shop around at different retailers to purchase the part. Neli also sells appliance OEM parts as well by partnering with other companies. I will be going with another retailer/seller since the price was much lower with a good return policy and a protection plan option as well. For $35, one can't beat that. A diagnostic evaluation alone may range from $150 and up. I was able to pinpoint the problem and order the part. I won't be arranging for an appointment to self-install. One has to know where to draw the line. I will hire someone once I have the part in hand. I already have someone in mind, also referred by Angi. Luckily, I didn't have to do any thing too cumbersome. I gained some handy tools at well. I really liked using the nutdriver vs a screwdriver. So I've added all the necessary tools I need for the appointment to my collection, and they will be handy in the future. Overall this was an optimal experience and I would certainly refer and use Neli in the future. If you are confident in unscrewing/re-screwing, and removing parts of your appliance, I'd say give it a try. NOTE: Also understand that this an all virtual service. An appliance repair professional doesn't not come to your home at no point in time. Neli offers self- diagnostic guidance to determine the issue with your appliances. Neli sends you the part number. You purchase it, and then may opt to make another appointment to install the part. If the task is too difficult, then you may opt to hire an appliance repair professional. It's up to you to decide. "Needed a kitchen renovation to change from high bar to handicap friendly lowered surface. Shopped many surface suppliers and found that Surkado in Henderson had prices for pre-fab slabs that were $70. each less expensive than elsewhere. (LV Service Solutions is the licensed contractor for Surkado). Also, where many had their slabs stored outside, this shop has their products stored in a clean indoor warehouse. They have many different stones, quartz and granites to choose from in pre-fab slab and island pieces. They also offer cabinetry. You can have your own contractor pick up the materials, or Surkado (LV Service Solutions) can do the installing for you. They have two licensed installers. Of the two "Fabrecio" does everything to include electrical and plumbing (not all surface installers offer those services.) Fabrecio came with one helper and had the kitchen redone in three days. They were always careful to continually clean up any messes that were made during the renovation. You can see from the before and after pictures that Fabrecio created a stellar new kitchen environment that also happens to be handicap friendly (so far not seeing a way to post pictures on this site.). The owner of Surkado, Sophia Quatrale, and salesman Josh Bacher, are both incredibly accommodating. I had phone contact with them, as well as Fabrecio, throughout the process. Surkado opened in their current location only recently.... I believe it was June. So there may not be many online reviews yet. I give them a full five stars for quality product and installation. Their renovation with installation was $6800.00. I did not buy the new sink and faucet through them but they did install both plus all electrical for this cost. However, this was much more material than a normal kitchen. Not only is there a full backsplash that extends to the upper cabinets but both lower cabinets have what is called a "waterfall" (which means the granite also covers the lower cabinet end caps.) Plus, when the high bar was shaved down a much bigger Island piece was installed for more eating area. These options added more material and labor costs. The job could have been done for as little as $3200. if these options hadn't been chosen. And if you choose quartz I'm sure the price would decrease even more. "At first I was a little wary of the scheduling process for this company. I guess they recently stopped doing business on Sunday, but this is not reflected in the online scheduling site. So I was able to schedule a Sunday appointment, which was not fulfilled, and nobody contacted us. Later on Sunday, the site automatically gave me a Monday appointment, which I confirmed on the phone early Monday. The plumber showed on time on Monday (without calling or texting first, I have a feeling they may have the wrong number for me). He was very helpful and quickly found a simple reason why I did not have water pressure. The issue was resolved within minutes and he was nice enough to provide the service without charge. That is the mark of a good company which wants repeat business. I will definitely use them for future plumbing needs. I recommend this business!
