I would be highly confident in recommending this company to others.

"Mansfield Contracting was excellent to work with. Luke was on time to meetings and he or his Lead would keep me informed or changes or delays. The work started when it was scheduled and the major work was completed quickly. Circumstances beyond the contractors control delayed the project a little but i was made aware of the issues right away. The project only had a few unforseen costs but that possibility was raised up front and cost were kept with in budget. Over all it was an excellent job.

"What an amazing job! The wonderful folks of Coldstream did an amazing job on my flat room. My roof was very old an in need of a lot of repair. Brian was extremely helpful in coming out, and taking great estimates of what it would take to protect my house. Flat roofs are not as common these days so Brian even had his top notch roofer come out and give his opinion as well. I had the whole roof replaced at a great price! The roof looks amazing. Brian’s communication throughout the entire deal was awesome. And they did everything in a very fast manor, it only took them a few days. All before winter just as requested. The crew was very nice, and even cleaned off my back patio of all the leaves that were there. 10/10 would use Coldstream Exterior again.

"Trey and his crew did excellent work on our basement remodel. The entire crew was professional and their craftsmanship was superb. We could tell they truly cared about the outcome. From the new bathroom, to the new ceiling, to the new flooring and everything in-between, Trey made the whole process easy. The communication throughout the project was great. "It couldn't have gone any better. They were honest, reliable, and responsive when I had questions. because they couldn't get to my roof right away, they did a temporary fix, and when that didn't hold, they came back and redid the temporary fix until it worked. They also took care of scheduling the tuckpointing that was necessary. I don't know how their pricing compares to that of their competitors, but I don't really care. honesty and quality work it's worth paying for.
