- Faerber's Bee Window IncOur front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful

Once I had Przemek go over there and give us a bid, their value and pricing was fair, they got to work. They completed the work and additional work necessary for the property almost 2 weeks quicker than quoted. Przemek kept us up to date and informed of everything as well as sent photos almost daily to let us know how things were progressing. It wasn't an easy process, and there was a few hiccups along the way, but we got through it and hope to use their services again. Highly recommend

- Merrifield Exteriors, LLCUpdate 8-3-2022 Even better! After we had such a wonderful experience with our door, we naturally looked to them with siding. Through a bad interaction with our insurance company we had Merrifield out and they were a breath of fresh air over insurance. As I said in my previous review, communication is where Merrifield excels. We had a small delay in some of the siding being delivered but Merrifield owned the hiccup and gave us the updates we were looking for. We had all the siding, soffits, gutters, and porch ceiling replaced. The only downside is we are out of things to upgrade on our house. We found these people through their Instagram ad. One of the good things about them is they were very responsive. The salesperson was very slow to explain everything to us and not rush us to the most expensive door. We went back and forth and he kept up every step of the way. Because we wanted a bigger door than the opening they had they were able to widen the opening. I watched as they installed a new header and were very good with clean up. The whole process took one day and there were no delays or missing parts. I will use them again for other projects we may need for sure

And I can't say enough good things about the amazing job Ray did in repairing part of bedroom textured ceiling. It matches perfectly with rest of the ceiling

"The manager of 1Hour Door arrived promptly at the given time and began working immediately. He came prepared, with many specialized tools & equipment. Installing the custom-made door from Menard's was a challenge, since the house is over a century old. However, he skillfully cut & fitted the door frame to the opening neatly.
