Great. They had the old blanks and made new keys in a flash.

It went well. They showed up and told me what options I had available, ordered what I selected then came back out to install. Very pleased with my new deadbolt lock.

Tech showed up on time and informed me that he could make new keys in a few minutes out in his van. Made them quickly and even helped me with a small issue with a lockbox. Thanks for the prompt service. Only knock is the price seemed a little high for two keys - $12 each.

Through Angie's List, I discovered that Broad Ripple Locksmith also repaired exterior doors and installed new doors. Since I had used Broad Ripple Locksmith, a family business, for 25 plus years and trusted this group, I did not need to explore the others on the list. This group also is willing to work around my work schedule. If a repair does not need a service call, I am told what to do over the telephone. We have used them before in 2011 and then we used them again last April. The only time I actually saw the person here was when he came and did the key of our unit. He was very competent, very professional, very fast and on time. They are very nice people.

It was great. It was nice and convenient. He was thorough and seemed nice.

The provider changed the lock on an out building and on the front door of the house. He worked quickly and clearly knew what he was doing.

It took 2 tries but succeeded. the alternative was to rekey entire house(over 10 locks. I do not recommend purchase of Quickset locks which are supposed to rekey to an existing key. After 3 tries Lowes gave up. Broadripple said that they had lots of problems with the self keying locks.

I called in the morning and got an appointment for the same day. They were terrific. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have been using for about 10 years. They install security doors as well. They do a great job of making keys and they always work pretty well. They have a very good staff and are on call 24/7. They are very responsive and I never have to wait long for them to come out for a service.

SP came out and was able to keep the existing door but cut the door down a little bit and put a sweep at the bottom to prevent drafts. I would recommend them.

Excellent communication, very friendly. They fixed my problem, which wasn't easy, and charged a more than fair price.
