Went well. Efficient delivery of supplies, courteous workers, responsive supervisors and office help was always on top of things. Good cleanup. Quality work completed and went beyond to fix a problem ice dam area.

At first I got good service and a reasonable quote, but without enough detail for the insurance company. After I got HOA approval for the color and insurance approval, the project moved quickly and roof installed in September 2017 at a cost about $13,000. Over the next few months we were preoccupied with an extended family illness. In Spring 2018 we noticed several water stains in different parts of the house, especially near the chimney that were definitely not there under the old roof (19 yrs old). We contacted ABC roofing, and they sent someone to inspect. He promised that ABC would connect us with a chimney expert for further evaluation and would repair the other areas. But after repeated contacts and no action, we found that person had left ABC. Meanwhile we had to travel overseas for work, leaving the house closed. Returning in 2019 we saw that the stains around the chimney were worse. We had another roofer inspect the roof, and they advised a water test to determine whether the problem was the roof flashing work by ABC or a chimney problem. After bugging ABC Roofing again, they sent another person (John) in November 2019 to inspect the roof over again, and gave us two chimney referrals. ABC finally repaired some areas in early 2020, but not the chimney area. I paid Chimney Outfitters $400 to do the water test after the weather allowed in April 2020. This expert, whom ABC had recommended, determined that it was indeed incorrect flashing work by ABC and the chimney was fine. I sent their report to ABC on May 2, 2020, with all details, requesting that the flashing be redone and all damage repaired. I have waited 3 weeks and got no response from ABC. It appears that ABC roofing does not stand behind its work, and I would advise anyone to avoid this company.

They came out to inspect the roof and suggest needed repairs. The items they suggested correlated very well with the items that the other companies we got quotes from had suggested. They were very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. Went with another company in the end just because they were going to do a couple extra repairs. Would definitely call ABC back next time we need roofing work done.

ABC Roofing did a fabulous job replacing my old roof. From the first phone call to scheduling the work, to the final phone call, I could not have been more satisfied. John came out and provided an estimate, then Sonja worked with me to schedule the work. John and his crew finished my home in one day. My retired neighbor across the street told me that she watched the workers all day and that she was very impressed with how careful they were about getting the old shingles into the trash bin, how they laid out plastic over the grass around the whole house to keep from damaging anything or leaving a mess, and she was particularly impressed with how hard the roofers worked. She said no one was sitting around or wasting any time. And she mentioned that 'every bit of black paper was removed, down to the wood'. She was so excited I received such great service! (I think she'll be calling ABC soon! I would never have known any of these details myself since I wasn't home. If you're looking for superior quality, customer service that is both friendly and casual, but still professional, ABC Roofing in Avon, IN will not let you down.

I'm very disappointed in ABC as a previous customer. 1 month ago I contacted them for and scheduled an appointment for the following week to get an estimate on repair of some roof damage. I was asked to text a photo and maybe they could give me an estimate by the photo. I texted a photo but didn't hear from them. On the appointment day it was getting late so I called to find out what time they would be here and I was informed I wasn't on their schedule, but they would have John call and should be able to get out to us by end of the week. I did not get a call. I called the office and they didn't know what happened but would have John call. I didn't get a call. Now it's the following week and I called to see about getting someone out here. She said John had been out with the flu and is very busy but would have him call. Again, we got no call. I called and left a message that I still have not heard from anyone and if they didn't want the job because it was too small for them, just let us know that. I spoke with the office gal again and she said she thought this had been taken care of and doesn't know what happened.........but will have John call. I've not heard anything and now we're at 4 weeks later. So yeah, we've got the hint to take a hike. What really annoys me is that 1 year ago when we spent $18,000 on a new roof, ABC was respectful and attentive to us then.

We requested an estimate. They sent someone to look at our roof and they said they would send an estimate the next day and drop off roof samples. The estimate or samples never came. I called the office three days later and they said they would send the estimate in the morning. The estimate still didn’t come. I called the next day and the office manager said she would send the estimate that day. The estimate sill didn’t come. This is the most unprofessional business and I would not recommend them. I can only image what would have happened if I would have hired them for the job.

Excellent! Very thorough and forthright about what was and wasn't needed. Pricing is reasonable. They are a very hands-on organization. John was right on site along with the workers to assure that everything went smoothly. Would definitely hire again!

It was excellent.. On time and clean.

It was fantasist. They set the bar really high. They came recommend from my brother. They stood out with the process. They're great.

We had ABC install 13 high-end windows, an exterior door and an exterior set of french doors back in June. We chose them based on reviews and price. It was hands down, the best experience I could have hoped for! Everything was done in one day. They showed up around 8am and were cleaned up and gone by about 430pm. They cleaned up all the mess and even fished out some wrapping and debris that had fell into the pool from the high winds that day. The crew that did the installation was very polite, courteous and professional. I no longer have condensation on the inside of my windows and our cooling bill even went down about $150/mo from last year! And so far, I have only had to keep my heat on 63-65 degrees. The new windows and doors are working great! I would highly recommend them! We will be using them when it is time to replace our roof and gutters as well! They also installed our siding back in September of 2016! The transformation was amazing!

They did a good job. We had no issues, cleaned up well and we will use them, again. We highly recommend them!

2016 Nov John came to check leaking area and suggested to replace the whole roof. He promised after getting new roof, there will no more water leak. Even chimney, flashing,..everything. He told me no worry. I trusted him with new roof replacement in Nov. 2017 Jan, water leak badly, he came back to check and do water test. find a hold under flashing. They fixed. 2017 Apr, leak again, John came back to check, also owner came as well. They said maybe masonry with hole. They refer a guy to do some work, $2000. 2018 March, leak again, can't count how many times they back. They send a chimney guy, he suggest to take out whole chimney and rebuild it, estimate $20,000. After this, they change attitude to sympathetic,just said we have done what we can do. Of course, we didn't do it. I hired another Chimney company to do level II inspection. They told me the roof edge miss some piece call drain edge. According to Indiana law, that is necessary part. We asked ABC to fix it, they said we didn't check this item when we install the new roof. Just wonder how many people should know they need to check this item. I argued with them and asked them come back to add drain edge. FINALLY, no more leak !! Thank God! John is a very great salesman, Sonja is very helpful at beginning. But no body in ABC roofing can find the root cause for 18 month. Maybe we don't need to replace the whole roof at beginning, just need to add Drain Edge. We spend 22000 for new roof and suffer 18 month. Not sure this is our good luck or bad luck to have ABC roofing.

We have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, craftsmanship and service of ABC. John Titus was a fantastic salesman/job supervisor and the ladies at the office were fantastic to work with. The crew worked efficiently and thoroughly and brought our home to a new level of beauty. We just couldn't be happier with the great work of the ABC team.

Terrific. I had 3 different leaks, They responded quickly, inspected the total roof, identified the leaks and gave me a quote that was substantially lower than the other quote I obtained. They kept me apprised on the status, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I had used this company several years before in a different house. The leak turned out to be a loose vent pipe which he refastened on the spot and told me there would be no charge.
