John and Dale were timely and professional. They did the work requested and advised us of what they were doing throughout. Answered our questions thoroughly. This job involved reinforcing our backporch from underneath as it had been coming away from the house since built in 1985. Great job and cleaned up debris well.

Mike was excellent at explaining what needed to be done and fixing my problem. Not only that, but he came in way under estimate! How often does that happen? Like, never! They were great! Kept us informed of any delays and once everything arrived they started to install and found that some of the material was damaged so they replaced it the next day and finished the ramp. Now my mom can get in and out of the house without assistance

We hired Blackwood Landscaping to install spartan junipers along our fence and refresh our mulch throughout the yard. Due to the lack of rain, our dirt basically turned to concrete and gave them a run for their money. Blackwood kept at it until the job was done. They were quick to fix any issues we brought up and they cleaned up after their work completely. Great company!

Our project was a fairly large project. We have an ~800 sq ft deck that is off the first floor over a walk out basement. We had to replace the entire structure (joists and decking) and as part of this, a RainEscape water drainage system was incorporated into the deck so the underside was dry and finished off. Mike was very knowledgeable and meticulous on this project. He made sure that everything looked great and was done right, especially the drainage system. He even came back after 6 months to redo a few areas where decking boards had warped, All in all, I'm very pleased with the results and Mike's work. I would recommend him for projects big or small.

I hired Todd to remodel our master bathroom and it turned out amazing. He did a complete remodel with a new tile shower, new cabinets and countertops, and all new lighting and flooring. We had Jim and Mike complete two projects for us in two weeks. They started with built-in book shelves for our living room, surrounding our existing fireplace. Additionally, he refaced the fireplace by removing the ugly black slate that was there and replacing it with a fresh and clean marble tile. I literally gave Jim a picture I found online and said, "I want you to make my living room look like this" - and that's what he did! He did a lot of the construction at his shop, so there was very little disruption at the house, and no mess at all.
Once the shelving and tiling were completed, we were lucky enough to have Jim and Mike find time in their schedule to come back and construct beautiful board and batten wainscoting in our powder room. Again, I just showed Jim a photo of what I wanted and he did it.
We couldn't be happier with the work that Jim and Mike completed for us. I seriously find myself just staring at it and smiling sometimes! I'm pretty confident that there is nothing that they cannot build or repair, and we plan on calling on them for any projects we have come up in the future. Oh, and they are super great guys too - so friendly and trustworthy. We left the house while they were working on our bathroom - by the time we returned, they had finished, left and locked the house up tight for us. Thanks for helping to make our home more beautiful, guys!
