I needed concrete for a 16 x 20 garage and a 15 x 16 driveway to connect to the current driveway. I am a very picky customer. From May 2020 to July 2020, I interviewed seven concrete people. When I interviewed Terry, I liked the detail that he went into and the questions he asked about what I wanted. Terry asked questions that none of the other concrete people asked. The cost Terry quoted was in the 80th percentile of the quotes I received. Terry told me when he would start and he met that start time. At the start of the project, we went into a lot of detail about what and how things were to be done. I wanted to use Simpson Strong-Tie concrete anchors. These had to be placed at very specific measurements. I wanted a monolithic pour that included a 4 thick pad on top of a 12 x 12 footer, which sat on 18 wide x 36 deep support pillars. These were all tied together with rebar. I also used wire mesh with fiber in the concrete. Due to the grade and slope, Terry recommended a French drain, which was added. As I talked to Terry, I could tell that he was very conscientious and cared about the work he produced. Because of this I felt at ease and trusted that the project was in good hands. The job had some bumps that Terry dealt with and turned out fine. Terry had to navigate around phone lines, water lines, and drain pipes. Terry put back and rough graded the dirt that was moved. This was very helpful. In the end, the work was completed in time and looks great. I have had several people stop by while they were walking. They all said the concrete looks great and was done well. When I need any other concrete work, Terry will be the one I call. I have already recommended Terry to other people.

Amazing customer service! The owner of this company gave me every detail that I needed to get my dadâ s stair lift installed. He came to my dadâ s house within hours of calling him. I did check other places and got quotes but the comparison was not even close. I would never go anywhere else. They had my dadâ s stair lift installed before he got home from the hospital going out of their way to help us out. Beginning this process I had absolutely no idea where to go and I can promise you this was the best choice I couldâ ve made hands-down.. After the stair lifts were installed their customer service continued ...answering the phone with any question I had and calling me back within an hour. Rick and his team were excellent. We just bought our house and had some significant changes to make. We had them remove unwanted built in shelving and wiring in the family room and the garage-this also required repairing large patches of walls. They installed new lighting in the kichen ceiling, making and add new under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. they improves lighting in the office. We had them paint about half of the interior walls in the house. They did an excellent job of all of it. The former owner put in a lot of complex wiring which Everneed figured out and dealt with for us. They made suggestions to minimize the cost and the job ended up costing less than the quote;. We intend to hire them again.

As a small Interior Design Studio I have high expectations for the people who enter my clients homes and bring my projects to life.
