Very knowledgeable and patient explaining the different options and recommendations. Friendly and efficient on the job. Communication was timely and accurate. We wanted some sound dampening work too, however he explained exactly what to do and how easy it would be and that it would be a huge cost savings to do it ourselves. He then found a local vendor for the supplies we needed, no charge. Very, very happy with the service.

I had problems with the repair of a speaker system in my home after a large national company had installed a new Pioneer amplifier with speakers in four rooms and on decks on two sides of the house. After that company sent workers out to my house and the equipment they installed failed, I turned to True Alarms in Chapel Hill , NC who came out twice and completed the repair correctly and at a reasonable cost.
