Recent Review: Bruce easily corrected the sink drip issue. He explained all of his diagnostic steps and did not mind my observing his work and asking questions. The shower repair was more complicated, requiring multiple calls to the shower head manufacturer when they sent incorrect parts to repair our problem. He made multiple visits to our home and copied us on several emails he sent to the manufacturer, keeping us in the loop at all times. The issue was ultimately resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Bruce was very pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the process, and we will continue to request his services for any future plumbing issues that may arise.

Recent Review: Very professional. Called for appointment and was given one the very next day (this was not an emergency call.) Jeremy arrived promptly and quickly determined the problem. Faucet was fixed within 20 minutes and worked correctly. Before leaving, Jeremy performed a quick plumbing check throughout the house and determined that there were no other outstanding problems. Shower faucet has worked perfectly since being repaired. Their fee was a bit pricey based on my plumbing experiences elsewhere; however, their price did seem to be in line with the prevailing rates of this area. I will use them again should I need additional plumbing services in the future.

Recent Review: I have a very old house (in midtown) and the tub is quirky, to put it nicely (there is no overflow valve, which plumbers often need). At any rate, the plumber got it done. He did a great job replacing the faucet. He was on time, very respectful, and helpful. the company was super responsive with scheduling (they got me in the next day). The plumber cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use them again. The company also donates to a lot of local charities which I appreciate (like the local children's hospital and the humane society).

Recent Review: Great experience. The plumber was at my door less than 1 hour after my first for an appointment and the job was done less than an hour later. The cost was a little more than I hoped to pay, but to coupon on Angie's List helped a little.

Recent Review: Called Wally and he came the next morning. He took the lever off the shower unit and discovered it was a cracked seal. He had one in his truck and said he wasn't going to charge me for a .50 cent piece. I was shocked that one he didn't want anything especially for his time and that he was honest and told me someone else would probably suggest changing out the guts of the unit. Sure enough that is all it needed and we haven't had that issue since then. Wally is one of the best plumbers I have used and I will keep using him. I actually lost his phone number and was happy to see it listed on Angie's List. I have recently referred him to other homeowners who state the same response.

Recent Review: I called in morning and he was there by 1 p.m. and worked quickly and professionally to determine all my needs. He fixed a couple of leaks and repaired faucets and unstopped my bathroom sink. Fixed a gas leak in attic and other things.

Recent Review: This work actually took place over 3 different visits. My husband and I bought an old home that needed some minor repairs. Kenny was referred to us by a friend. He arrived when scheduled (for the most part). The first trip he patched our roof and repaired some fascia, and a window which also had a bit of rotten wood that he replaced. On the second trip out, he did fixed both our refrigerator and our air unit, both of which had decided to stop working at the same time (much to our dismay). He was able to get everything up and running, did a routine cleaning and maintenance of our heating and air system. On the third visit he did some minor plumbing repair and picked up the antique Chambers stove we had just gotten, he took it home, cleaned it completely and brought it back sparkling. Kenny is courteous and really seems to be the very definition of handyman. It seems like there is really nothing he can't repair. We have referred him several friends. He's trustworthy (we've even left a key hidden for him on occasion), and dependable.

Recent Review: John arrived at my home about 10-15 minutes later than expected; however, it was rush hour and I know that traffic is crazy that time of the morning coming to midtown from Whitten Road. This was not a problem for me at all. John introduced himself and I told him my shower faucets would not stop leaking. He immediately got to work. He removed the leaking faucets in my shower, found the problem with each one (lucky for me they were minor) and replaced what needed replacing. John was very professional and friendly and didn't mind my and quot;hoveringand quot; and asking him questions while he was working. John was finished working within the hour. I asked him how much my bill was and he said they would send me an invoice. I was so pleased with the service I forgot to ask him how much my bill was. I called the office and a very nice lady answered. I told her I asked John how much my bill was but he told me they would send me an invoice but I forgot to ask what that would be. She contacted John and came back on the phone and told me that they had a few other customers on my street that were regulars with their company and they just always sent them an invoice after performing work for them. John just thought I was one of their regular customers. I told her this was the first time I used their company but it definitely would not be my last. I told her I was very pleased with my experience with Glenn Terhune Plumbing and that I was an Angie's List member and that was where I got their name from and she gave me a 10% discount to my bill. I think Glenn Terhune Plumbing is a very reputable company and I will definitely use them again and refer friends to them! Thank all of you at Glenn Terhune Plumbing for a very good experience.
