Serviceman acted as if this was his first job and was not sure of himself or how to fix the problem. After look at the toilet he sit in his truck for about 30-40 minutes and came back with an estimate for a new toilet. He recommended that I replace the toilet because it would be cheaper. The price of a new toilet would be $1,400 (low end). He had several prices. My toilet is no more that 6 years o...

The work went very well. The technician even went through twice to make sure the pipes were clear. Work was also done to stop a running toilet. He showed me where deterioration was taking place on some of the parts inside the tank would mean problems down the road. The toilet is over 15 years old. The technician was polite, careful and explained everything thoroughly.
