  What a great company to do business with. From the salesman to the installers to the quality of the product, it was a great experience. Wish all business encounters were this good. No pressure sales and the professionalism and friendliness made us feel respected by the company. The installers were amazing.   Local choices were somewhat limited so we decided to try Selectblinds.com. The ordering process was very thorough and descriptions were accurate. I do wish they had more description on how the blinds are mounted and maybe post an instructional pdf on installation of each type of blind. The blinds arrived quickly and on time. They were very well made, much better than we found at Home Depot. The valance for the large blind arrived with a large crack in it, I think this was a manufacturing defect as they use magnets to mount the valances and the split occurred were one of the magnets was mounted. I contacted them and they sent a replacement valance at no charge. We will certainly order from them again

  Project - newly remodeled single story ranch with a bay window, oversized windows and regular windows. Partitioning several sections of interior with sliding panels. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices).
