Recent Review: We contacted the company and made an appointment to discuss the project and Sean (the owner) was very responsive and even took the time to come back once more to further discuss and answer any additional questions. Sean also noticed that the gas meter needed to be upgraded to ensure proper gas pressure before they could install the generator so we contacted Citizens Gas who helped get it upgraded at no extra cost. We scheduled a date and they worked for about a day and half to accomplish the complete install to include running the gas lines as well as the electrical side of the generator install. All went smooth except one their guys driving the truck did back into our guttering on the house. Although this was unfortunate, Sean did quickly agree to paying to have it repaired which ended up being done that same day so no worries on our end. We got a few other quotes that were up to $1000 less expensive than Efficient Systems, however I truly believe you get what you pay for with respect to quality and we were willing to pay it because Sean went the extra mile to ensure all was done properly and all would be in working order after job complete. Now we are just waiting for a power outage to see if the thing works the way we want it to. Ha! We recommend Sean and his team to others and are satisfied customers. Thank you!

Recent Review: We purchased a gas range to replace our electric one and needed to have a gas line run to the kitchen. Fortunately the basement is unfinished where the gas line enters the house and under the kitchen which made the install much simpler. The tech showed up during the scheduled time and completed the work promptly and at the low-end of the original estimate range. Afterwards he showed me the new shut-off valves and what would be needed to complete the range installation as it had not been delivered yet. Overall a very good experience and we would call them again.

We scheduled a service date and they came out on time and installed gas line in a matter of a few hours. They did the work like they were doing it for their own home.
