My garbage disposal had stopped working so I contacted P&K. They were quick to schedule an appointment and were able to fix it up in less than an hour. Would hire again.

Job well done. Called on a Wednesday and they were able to be there by Friday. I've found most decent companies have a busy schedule. The plumber was in & out within an hour, and we LOVE the new faucet. Have used then before, and will use them again.

PERFECT! You can't expect better service. They contacted me within 30 minutes after my claim of the water heater deal. He said they could do the work the next day and we arranged a call prior to the arrival so I could meet them. They were running early and I gave them the info of how to get into the house. They completed the job, repaired a broken water line and were out without me having to leave work. I came home to a new water heater and no sign of them being in the home. Great service. They get an A+.

Had an outside spigot replaced. Efficient, timely, and good work.

I called around 10am and left a voice mail message. Received a call back in about 10 minutes. Sam said he could be at my location around 12-12:30 that day. He showed up in the time frame and took out the old sump pump and installed the new pump. Also spent time with my husband discussing the possible installation of a back flow valve for a basement drain. Sam wore the booties which I really appreciated since the carpeting is new. He was polite and professional. Will definitely use their services again.

I was highly impressed by his patience, kindness, and honesty during our phone conversation.. Answered phone quickly. Our problem was a troughing/drainage service they could not provide, but he was extremely helpful in giving guidance. I would request P& K plumbing in the future.

Sam (owner of P&K) came earlier than expected when he was told about my water supply being knocked out after the well water feed line from the filter to the water softener broke and flooded my basement the night before. After examining the old filtration system he recommended that it be completely redone. I gave the OK and he mounted a new larger filtration unit to the wall and re-plumbed everything from the well tank to the water softener. He also installed a new shutoff valve between the water tank and the filtration unit. The new system is completely different from the old ugly looking system and has worked well for over two months now.

When the plumber got here, everything was working fine. He checked it several times to make sure it was working correctly. He didn't charge me for the call.

With the extremely cold weather right now, our pipes froze causing no running water to come into the house. I called and the owner picked up immediately, even though it was later in the evening. I explained my situation and concern/fear with possibly having to spend a lot of money to fix this issue and the fact that we don’t have water and it’s -4 outside. He was very honest and upfront that it might be tomorrow before they could come out due to the high call volume with the weather, which I appreciated his honesty. I asked then what he might recommend we try or some tips/tricks to try and get our water running again. Without hesitating or asking for money or anything, he politely gave me a few different options to try and what he thought could possibly fix the problem. It’s rare to find an honest person who is busy and runs a company to take time to give this kind of information, knowing that by doing so, it might lead to them not getting another job right now. I tried his recommendation and within 10 minutes we had running water! Due to all this, I will ABSOLUTELY be using them if I ever need any type of plumbing work in the future, and I also recommend anyone looking for an honest plumber, call them!!! Thank you so much for being a genuinely good person and your help during an extremely stressful situation for my family.

Excellent service, Water heater tank gave out leaking water. Called P&K on a Friday afternoon. They worked me in to their schedule for Saturday at 7:30 A.M. By 8:45 A.M. I had a new Water heater at a fair price in less than 24 hrs! Thanks Danny & Sam for outstanding service!

At the end of the 2 hr appointment window, we received a call that it would be another 30 minutes. I totally understand that sometimes jobs take longer, but was hoping to hear sooner if there was to be a delay since I was sitting around waiting. The job took about an hour and was $300. Seemed kind of steep considering the scope of work compared to other jobs I've seen listed here, but then the only plumber I hired was 8 years ago - $500 to remove 800 gallons of water in the crawl and replace the sump pump, so I have little experience with the pricing. As far as I can tell, the work was done well and both men were cordial. Since they were referred by someone I respect, I will probably hire again..

Sam was very efficient and knowledgeable. It was not a hard job, just badly needed.

It went well. Less time than expected. Less cost than expected. Very professional!

Not well. The $29 fee was basically a lure nd we fell for it. To do the work, he charges another $125 for a 15 min. job. It was a ridiculous price. He claimed it was because he came from the North Side but then why offer services on the south side to replace minimal items (a float, etc.) in a toilet.

The service person was very punctual and professional. I've already decided to use P & K Plumbing for other plumbing issues in my home.

Danny was great to work with on a short notice project and got the sump pump replaced before the rain came! Good warranty on parts and labor, too.

P & K exceeded my expectations on all accounts. I have not had an issue with anything that has been repaired dating back more than a year ago. Sam came out of his way multiple times to finish the job in a timely fashion, and even when I added a few extras on the to-do list. I could not be more pleased.

Before I could schedule them to come back to do the work, my renter had purchased a faucet and installed it himself. Grateful to the renter, but P & K are the plumbers I'd call again for other services. Excellent and prompt!
