I could tell Boo was LOVED during her experience today. Never before has she been in such good spirits after a vet apt. In fact, this is our 4th vet, as we had never been comfortable with her treatment until now. Twice we thought we might lose her due to vaccination reactions. EVVC took every precaution with her. She is under 5 lbs. and Special Needs - a Morkie with a small body but big heart that serves as my trained PTSD Service Dog. They were so prompt and attentive. And, believe it or not, it was the first time any vet crew had ever commented on her CUTENESS. That helped us feel SAFE... Vets that truly love animals. FINALLY. : )

Up until today I would have given Amour Animal Hospital an A. They have taken good care of my dog during check-ups and have an excellent boarding service. We have been taking our dog there for 5 years. My French Bulldog is old and she is having problems with her spine. She is also gasping for every breath she takes. I called and asked if we could please bring my dog in today and explained why (we need to know if there is a chance of her getting better or if we need to consider putting her down). The earliest they said I could get in was November 28. My sweet little dog needs to be seen as soon as possible. She is suffering. I was so disappointed. I understand that places get busy and appointments fill up. I have been a loyal customer for years and willingly waited until I could get appointments. The one time I really needed them, I was told too bad. Maybe I could understand if I was a brand new client and didn't have a history with them, but I do. I am really sad about the situation and will be finding another place to go today.

We are the first veterinary hospital in Sandy, Utah. OUr employees are great and they love animals and love working with them. Most of our employees have been here over 10 years. We have a home service available and a pick up and drop off service. FREE puppy classes first Wednesday of each month. Outdoor supervised boarding.

First time we came in they thought I couldn't speak English. Then they botched my dogs surgery and sent her to the emergency center. After I got a call to come get her in the afternoon I went and the doctor at the EC said the alta nurse picked her up around 1:00 .The doctor wanted to run more test and the doctor said that alta would cover the fee of their F*** up. But nope lady said that there was a communication error. Told her we speak English and she was surprised. Then there was a lot of cursing each other out. Then the lady on the phone has the gaul to smugly say that we still have to pay to get our dog. So were is the error and why are we paying four $ times the amount for you're mess?

Totally shaved my pomeranian. Looks completely ridiculous when I stressed to not cut his fur except his face. I am so heart broken. They completely ruined his coat and due to shave shock it is not going to grow back right. I am crying I'm so upset

My dog had severe razor burns on her neck. could not wear a collar for a week. When trimming between back pads they shredded her paws bleed for days finally took her to vet and they got infection. She looks like someone took sizzors and just hacked at her. worst haircut I have had in years of having pets groomed. Her ears are 2 different lengths. Her stomach was not shaved. They raised there prices did not tell me. Also wanted to start charging me a 3% fee on my card. They say on door no cash and have to pay on phone with card. I have had good experiences here before but will never go back. Be careful with your pets.

Kibbles & CutsI dropped by to see if they would be able to groom my 3 standard poodles. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They said that they could get my 3 dogs in that very day which, frankly, surprised me as that is a lot of grooming. However, when I dropped off the dogs later in the day the groomers, Hailey, Carrie and Kaleigh came out to greet me and the dogs. They were very professional and the dogs took to them immediately. The dogs were done in a timely manner and when I went to get them they looked amazing. I know how hard it is to do a good grooming on a standard poodle as I usually do my own grooming. They were wonderful and the dogs were not stressed. When I initially went to inquire and I told them that i usually do my own grooming the owner offered me the lesser cost option of the use of a self service grooming room. That was very good of him but I opted to have them groomed.- Kerry D.
