Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

Roy and Jonathan were very professional, patient, skillful, and compassionate with our fur babies Luna and Jojo. I could not have been more pleased! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carolyn's Cat Grooming to everyone. Grooming a cat is a martial arts, but they made it look easy. Great job guys!

I marvel at the quality and care provided at Alamo Heights Pet Clinic. Kudos to the front desk personnel who juggle many sumultaneous demands in a very diplomatic way. All of them are excellent: Valerie, Julia, Sarah, Evelyn, and Leslie. My main experience is with Dr. Kirby whose diagnostic insights are always on target. I feel so fortunate that my kiddos are under his care and that of the superior technicians.

I called in the comfort of my home asking about how to get a flea pill. The person said yes I can pick it up. When I get to Becker Animal hospital front door the same person said since it was my dog first time that my dog needs a yearly checkup first to get the pill. Very poor customer service. Wasting my time, my gas, and gets me out of the comfort of my home to go back home empty handed.

I came to this clinic looking for a second opinion for my cat Mooshi after being told her ACL was torn. I was referred to this clinic by my aunt who has been going there for years for both of her cats, one of which was in renal failure and she said that Dr. Norsworthy "saved her life". Coming to Dr. Norsworthy was the best decision I could have possibly made! From the very beginning Dr. Norsworthy was extremely knowledgeable, honest and kind when explaining my cat's injury and her options; her ACL was torn as well as her posterior cruciate, laterals and meniscus. With this injury my cat was unable to put absolutely any weight on her hind leg and would even fall to the side when trying to walk. Dr. Norsworthy had my cat's best interest at heart throughout our whole journey to recovery. Mooshi had major knee surgery and we are now about 2 months post op and will never be able to thank Dr. Norsworthy for getting her her life back! He was so attentive and caring throughout her multiple follow ups! not only this but I work at the hospital so he was always able to work with us on scheduling appointments! Prior to being released home after surgery Dr. Norsworthy made absolutely sure that I had everything set up at home for Mooshi's recovery process. He saw her multiple, multiple times always taking the time to speak to me on the phone with utmost attention and kindness! Mooshi is able to walk, run, jump and play like normal!! I never expected her to turn out so good after her injury and don't have enough words to thank Dr. Norsworthy and all of his staff! Also, Mooshi never came out of the clinic looking scared or nervous, I know she was always given the best possible care. I will continue to take Mooshi and my other cat to Dr. Norsworthy as long as they are here with me! I have nothing but kind words for these kind people as I write this review with a warm heart, I know if Mooshi could speak she would have the kindest words to share as well! Thank you!!

I can't express how grateful I am for this clinic. My cat Mayonnaise undergo hip surgery with Dr. Nanez after discovering he had femoral head injury. Prior to taking mayo to the clinic I was not at a good state when finding my cat at home crying in pain to move. When I arrived at the clinic, I was greeted by receptionist named Rebecca. She was very friendly and was able to reassure me that he is in good hands. Dr. Nanez did a physical exam which lead to taking X-rays and then finding the femoral head injury. He then walked me through the FHO procedure and outcomes to expect. The workers at the clinic made the process easy which was a relief. They kept him overnight for a few days and then gave me a few instructions to do at home until he is fully recovered. It's been a few months and I am happy to say he is at 100% now.

Babcock Hills Veterinary Hospital PC.Babcock Hill is an excellent partner in providing care for my Rottweiler. They send courtesy reminders when checkups, shots, and medications are due. Well staffed and ease of getting appointments. They do a great job in working with my dog and provide sedation services to help her tolerate the exams and nail clipping. She is a frightful dog, and has aversion to any type of poking and prodding, but they do a great job of getting her through it. I would recommend this clinic without reservation.- Donald A.

Babcock Hills Veterinary Hospital PCI was afraid my cat would need sedation for the grooming, but they were able to perform the 'shave-down' without injury to themselves or Fred May. :-) They suggested a diet to get him down to 'normal' cat size and even called later to follow up on his progress. Alas, he is still an orange bowling ball and the weight loss has been very slow. Because of their success with grooming without sedation, and the gentle manner of handling (not to mention a follow up call!), I will be bringing Fred May to that clinic for years to come.- Mary R.
