EDGE Pest Control was ineffectual when they sprayed. Also, I am paying an early-termination fee of over $200.00 for ending their service. This penalty was not explained to me when I agreed to hire EDGE to rid my yard of Hobo spiders. EDGE also raised their price from the $60 range to over $100 per application without notification. The actual yard workers were civil and nice, but the phone contact people were foggy and dismissive about any problems. I don't like to complain, but the ridiculous termination charges finally pushed me over the EDGE.

It didn't! Jeremy was completely unreliable and did not show up when he said he was going to. After making a second appt. he was half an hour late and when I texted to see if he was coming he said yes and also let me know that he did not do latrine removal after he had told me on the first phone call that he did. He said he was confused but that he would still do it but didn't know what to charge. I was so frustrated and mad that I told him to never mind. Jeremy wasted an entire week of my time, when I could have - and did - have someone out there in 2 days. I have given a condensed version of our conversations. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

We have been using Turf Plus for 13 years now and they are absolutely incredible. 13 years ago we got a bad case of grub and tried to treat it ourselves. It kept getting worse and nothing that was suggested to us worked. We even had IFA come out and paid a good chunk of money to have them analyze our lawn, dirt etc and tell us what was needed. We used their expensive concoction, but it kept getting worse. when literally 80% of our lawn was dead a friend whose lawn we always admired told us about Turf Plus. We decided to call them and see if they could help. We really were desperate and had no idea the miracle we were about to receive! They started their treatments and immediately our lawn started improving! Seriously! They literally saved our lawn and we were beyond grateful! We have used their 7 lawn treatments ever since and our lawn is gorgeous! We have had people stop their car on the street, come up and ring our doorbell and ask us what we do to make or lawn so beautiful! Others leave notes at our front door, and those that know us often tell us how much they love looking at our yard when they are walking etc.We have referred SO many people to Turf Plus! Our children have used their services and get the same lush green, no weeds results! I cannot say enough good about this company. If you are wondering if it is worth it, IT IS!
