Todd and Brandon earned every star given them. I had two bathrooms. The one downstairs was a complete demolition and remodel. The upstairs was shower and floor. He was involved in every step of the process from helping us choose tile to suggesting layouts and fixtures. He stayed on budget, allowing us to make decisions about things we wanted to upgrade. Job done well. Todd and Brandon went the extra mile for us, and I've got two beautiful bathrooms now.

We needed a new sliding glass door. The old one let in both the cold and the heat and unfortunately it didn't lock all of the time. After researching several companies, we contacted Champion Windows of Denver. They sent Joe B. and Joe C. to our house to tell us about their products. Both men were extremely professional and knowledgeable. After a few short weeks, our new sliding glass door was ready to be installed. The installation crew was professional, polite, and experienced. The installation was completed in less than two hours! We are very happy with our new Champion Windows sliding glass door. Got Windows? Then you MUST call Champion Window! You'll be totally pleased with their products.

Very personable. The kind of workman you would invite to your barbecue. Built two wonderful decks and an awning with lights. The custom work was excellent as the stair railing were raised and we needed the rear deck tied into existing decking with stair issues. We LUV, LUV LUV the work. All of our questions were answered. Respectful of our property and showed up when he said he would. Look forward to working with this contractor in the future.
Extremely high integrity, they do what they say, when they say it. Subcontractors on schedule, or at least notified well in advance of any changes. No overages so far, and I doubt that will happen. Could not be happier!

They had a custom sliding door made at their out of state factory. They obtained the permit and worked the whole project through inspections. They installed the door and re-stuccoed, etc.
David, Jody, and Mitch were excellent to work with. They listened to your wants and needs and offered helpful suggestions. I did the electrical. No problem. We used our own countertop guy. No problem. We installed our range. No problem. Scheduling was spot on. They were ahead of schedule most of the time. These guys are professionals. A good GC is rare. Use this company.
Ed Roush and his worker came out and did an exceptional job!! Worked with me on a few issues and the fence looks awesome!! All old debris removed and the new fence up in 2 days. Timely precise work done by a Master for sure! Will choose Ed and his team again in the near future!! Great Work...Great price!
Design Exteriors has a culture of professionalism and care, starting from the top (Cedric) to everyone who worked on our project. Cedric is an artist who expects his projects to look beautiful for both his customers and his own standards. I watched him instruct his team to redo two parts of our patio, put his fingers to his lips and blow, and explain it had to look perfect. This professionalism was visible in his staff (both Marks) and all the guys who did the work. They set timeline expectations and met them. I was also appreciative that Cedric was sensitive to our budget. Heâ d happily build you the Taj Mahal, but was flexible to more creative, affordable solutions. Picking a contractor is a leap of faith that things will be done right. Iâ d highly recommend the team at Design Exteriors and will be enjoying our patio for years.
This is the BEST contractor I have ever worked with throughout Colorado! Very responsive, great pricing, and extremely conscientious of customer satisfaction! At that time Mr. Kevin of Schwalb Builder really helped me a lot with their really unique project of kitchen remodeling, and now, I am using a really colorful and beautiful kitchen.
