The bank for our mortgage refinance loan required this mold inspection. Wendell came through and found someone to do the painting in the morning! The painting was completed early this morning and the inspection report turned out great! It was great "last minute" service, which is hard to get! I appreciate it so much! Where do I start. But to say Hamed and his guys are absolutely wonderful. He listens to your ideas, always accommodating with the upmost of professionalism. They are there when he says they will be, they are so neat and clean during and after each day of work. They clean before they leave!! This blew my mind. We stayed on schedule, a little past budget but with Hamed recommendations we was happy to go past, the remodel would have not have turned out as beautiful as it did. Steve is very conscientious about doing things right. He redid my bathroom in 2019 and I loved it! I contacted him to redo my kitchen. He made sure my house was up to code before installing my new kitchen. There were a couple of other issues we found while remodeling and he took care of them as well. Thanks to Steve, I have a beautiful brand new kitchen!
The project was to replace an existing 12' X 16' deck. The old deck was demolished in one day and the new deck was built in 1 1/2 days. Craftsmanship is fantastic. The crew was friendly and respectful of the property. Clean up was completed daily. The new deck is awesome and the price is reasonable. I am completely pleased with the end product.

Our front stoop and steps were replaced. The old concrete was jack hammered out and hauled away. The new concrete was poured the next day. New railings were installed after the concrete cured and a sealer was applied. 3 days of work. The finished product looks fantastic. There was no damage to the underlying brick work.
