I noticed all the previous reviews are very old. Todd is the owner and the sales part of this company. Brendan, Toddâ  s son, is the very capable hands in project lead. They have remodeled a guest bathroom as well as a master bath in our Evergreen home. Theyâ  re pricing is as good their final products. Wonderful team of guys to work with on your expensive home projects. They'll give you suggestions or alternatives to your ideas that may work out to your better interest. They double check with you each step of the way. They'll recommend top notch companies for products like cabinets, faucets, flooring etc. The labor cost does not vary unless you change the scope but Todd or Brendan, the son, are quick to let you know if pricing changes. No surprises. Love it! Best part they're nice guys with loads of experience that know what they are doing. Next project is changing a powder room into a laundry room and then, long range, an update on the kitchen. Design Construction is the company I recommend for your kitchen or bath remodel.

Todd and Brandon earned every star given them. I had two bathrooms. The one downstairs was a complete demolition and remodel. The upstairs was shower and floor. He was involved in every step of the process from helping us choose tile to suggesting layouts and fixtures. He stayed on budget, allowing us to make decisions about things we wanted to upgrade. Job done well. Todd and Brandon went the extra mile for us, and I've got two beautiful bathrooms now.

Sloppy work. He charged me for materials and labor for a job that he never even completed. That's dishonest. Feel kind of bad saying this because he seemed like a nice guy, but he proved to be unreliable and the whole thing left me with a big mess to clean up. Taking money and never finishing the job is more than just unprofessional. It's unethical.

Todd and his son Brandon did what ever it took to make me happy. They even picked up jobs for me others had failed to follow up on. They are in my book for life.

Todd's strongest in tile work. Did a great job on my bathroom remodel, including moving sink, toilet and plumbing. Went with me to tile stores and helped select tile.

I would hire them again.

Worked with Todd on two bathroom remodels that included full demolition, floor tiles, shower install, countertops and plumbing. I never received a written invoice for either one and ended up asking him not to return after the project ended with such shoddy quality. I did not entrust repairs would be done properly, I withheld final payment and finished the job myself after re-doing numerous shortcuts and low-quality finishing. Friendly and easygoing, but not the most professional, timely, or good/high-quality. You get what you pay for & no guarantee of completion dates, showing up on time, or days promised. Additional labor and costs incurred after job was "completed" by Todd: 1.) Circuit was blown after using tile-saw- owner never informed (electrician had to replace circuit in garage) 2.) All caulk in entire shower surround had to be removed and replaced after it was smeared in place with a dirty sponge full of debris/hair & left to cure 3.) Shower valve installed incorrectly and leaked inside of wall 4.) Tile cutting was done in various areas of yard with no regard for plants, or grass- tile scraps and tile saw overflow left throughout yard, bushes, etc. 5.) Shower drain removed & replaced after it was discovered it was installed using improper parts, materials and not to code 6.) Demolition debris & dust left everywhere on a daily basis with poor clean-up routine.

Todd and his crew (Luis) were great to work with. Even though the project took a week longer than expected, it turned out much better than we had envisioned - and much better than I could have done myself. I would have rated the work quality higher had it not been for the grout work that seemed a bit sloppy in places. With that being said, we are absolutely thrilled and pleased with our new bathroom.
