    Our 18yrold AO Smith water heater's thermocouple failed so we were going to have it repaired. J Rowe set appt for 4days from when I called. So our large family had no hot water, but because of the good reviews, I was willing to wait. Plus it allowed me to research other plumbers. We decided to just replace the WH because of age. Because ours had lasted so long, we had questions about what Rheem model they would install. A plumber swung by early a.m. (probably before his shift started) just to take a look at what our setup was and understand what we were wanting to get. Plumber was Jason. He seemed very knowledgeable, respectful and honest so I put my trust in him (and J Rowe Plumbing). It was a plus that he had 25 yrs experience, too. He came back later that day with an assistant (Nathan) and got it all done in approx 2 hrs. They wore masks (Covid), cleaned up after themselves, and took the old HW. I have to note, that I was consistently contacted on when to expect our plumber AND received a picture of him so I'd know who to expect. That was a great plus since I was a woman home alone at the time. I listed the cost as fair. Their quoted price was about as much as the other plumber I considered (although he was wanting to do a Bradford White model, but only a 1yr warranty for him ). Time will tell whether this Rheem classic professional WH will last the 12yrs gas water heaters "should." I feel confident that I chose the right plumber and plumbing company. J Rowe's warranty for parts and labor, overall helpful attitude, along with Jason, made choosing JRowe Plumbing easy

    This company incorrectly diagnosed and installed my entire AC unit and charged me ~10,000. That is when the issues began. I hired an independent AC company and they determined Baker Brothers incorrectly installed my unit. Baker Brothers admitted fault but only reimbursed me ~10%.     Excellent service, since the first contact with the dispatcher, they were able to set an appointment for the same day, this was after I contacted another company that only could accommodate me 4 days later for an estimate visit, Mr. Craig Miller, arrived around 10 minutes of the appointment, came in gave all the information upfront of all that I should expect and how much I had to pay. Gave me suggestions, was not pushy at all, set another appointment for the next day to make the assestment because I had an idea where was the water coming from by it was vital to determine the exact location, without tearing apart the whole house, lol. He came in time the next day and gave me an appointment for the next business day to have the job done. It was a lenghty process but he was prepare for every detail and issue faced. As you can see, I couldn't be any happier nor thankful with the service received, is guaranteed and they are insured, licensed, respectful of your time and home, an excellent company, I can tell you, for the interaction that I have with those employees.     The "plumber" showed up and I showed him the problem and told him that it is not the p trap. He told me he is not familiar with a island drain loop but he thinks it is the p trap. After figuring out that the p trap is clear like I told him earlier, he tells me that I need a different part for my island drain loop. I proceeded to tell him those are not permitted in the city where I work because they can fail and make everyone sick. He then called someone else who I guess told him that they have to tear out the floor to add a new pipe that vents to outside because the drain that has worked for the 5 years that I have lived here, was not plumbed properly. He concluded this just by looking at it without running a snake or a camera to see if it is just clogged. He then could not tell me how having this new pipe was going to let any different air into the drain that the open cap on the side that was currently letting air in. Please do not send me a "plumber" that knows less about plumbing than I do

    Two plumbers arrived on time. They did not have booties on to protect my carpet. I pulled up the rugs and covered my carpets with towels so that they could access the bathroom. The flapper valve was replaced on the guest toilet. I was told that the old flapper valve was worn, which it was. While they were here I asked them to replace the flapper valve in the master bathroom as a precaution even though the it was functioning properly. The next day, I noticed that the neither toilet was flushing properly. The guest and master toilet require multiple flushes and the master toilet is leaking at the flapper valve and water is periodically running. I called them out again the next day to resolve the issue with no success. Now, instead of one problem with my guest toilet, I have two problems with two toilets. I think they installed the wrong flapper valve. In all honesty, the owner of Atlas offered to send the same plumbers back out again at no cost, but I declined. They have lost my business
