  My experience began pretty well. I was wanting to convert from a heat pump to gas furnace due to gas being better in cold temperatures. I got a quote for a gas furnace conversion and new A/C. It took about 6 months for my existing A/C unit to begin to fail. Williams honored the original quote. The install day was going ok until the end. Apparently, the blower motor had failed on the new system. I totally understand things happen. I was told someone would be back in the morning. I would not be able to be home until after 4 p.m. I was told "Let me see what they want me to do". The install crew left about 10 minutes later without saying anything to me. It was around 7:30 pm. I did not know if anyone would return the next day. I had to reach out to find out if someone would be back. They did come back the next day after 4 and replaced the blower motor. There was about a week of downtime as I was waiting for my gas meter to be placed. The gas company came out to check the line and place the meter. I was informed there was a leak. The leak had to be fixed in order for service to begin. I had to schedule more time for Willaims to come out and repair the leak as well as schedule time for the gas company to come out. Williams came back out to fix the leak. I was told the leak was fixed and everything should be ok. The gas company came back to check the lines for leaks and still found leaks. I had to then schedule time for Williams to come out and fix the leak again as well as schedule time for the gas company to come out. This time someone else from Williams came out and had to essentially re-do all of the gas line fittings. This person spent a good deal of time doing this. After this time of "fixing" the leak the gas company would not be able to return for 5 days. These 5 days were going to be chilly. I did not have any heat in my home. I was not able to stay in my home during those 5 days as the temps in my home were around 62. Every time that the gas company and Williams were coming out someone over 18 had to be present. This lasted around 10 days. Back and forth with both the gas company and Williams. I reached out regarding my issues and really only got a "we're sorry". They did provide four 1500-watt oil based radiant heaters to drive my electric bill up and cause a safety hazard for my house and children. I did not use them or even open them up. One of my kids sleep walks and I didn't want her walking into a space heater. I also have a hole in my ceiling leading directly into the attic from the electrical wires. I am attaching a photo of it. The old concrete pad that held my outdoor unit stayed in my front yard for over 3 weeks killing the grass. This was to be removed on day of install. I am attaching a photo of the dead spot as well. At this point I am just glad to be done with this company. Part of my purchase includes 2 years of seasonal maintenance but, I don't know if I will use them. At this point I would pay for a different company to do the bi-annual maintenance. I truly hope I don't need any warranty work as I don't think I have an option of who performs the work. I really wish I had chosen a different company to do this work. This was not an inexpensive investment for me and it was really nothing but trouble and difficulty. Aside from the week or so in waiting for the gas meter to be placed. In the end I do have heat and A/C however it wasn't worth everything that happened. Do your due diligence and read reviews from people

  Called Hope Plumbing for a leaking sink that the technician (Jarrod) ruled was likely due to hard water buildup. I has assumed this and mentioned we were having an issue with our Softener backing up into the basement. Even though I didn't call them to work on the Softener Jarrod quickly determined a fix for the softener flooding our basement and said a simple Air Gap drain would help prevent it from backing up. He quickly put together a quote that was reasonably priced and within a few hours fixed an issue that had been plaguing us for months. The service was fantastic and I highly recommend joining their membership program for some great benefits

  I called with water leaking from the bottom of the garbage disposal. I called late in the day and Roto Rooter sent out a tech within the hour which was amazing! Tech mentioned they were part of a 2nd shift that works later hours and on weekends which was extremely convenient. Confirmed the disposal needed to be replaced and we are exploring all options on best model, size, etc. Tech gave us a quote, let us know about extra discount, their card with the hours they work and made self available to answer any questions or discuss further at our convenience. The entire process was very smooth and we will be contacting Roto Rooter for all future Plumbing needs
