However, Steve and his professional team came in and knew exactly what to do to keep our basement dry and it worked. Jason did a wonderful job! He saw what was going on and gave me his recommendations and options. I ended up doing the drainage system with 2 sump pumps (1 as a battery operated backup), and waterproofing the walls. He explained everything he was going to do and it was accomplished in a timely manner. He well exceeded my expectations!

Look elsewhere! Don’t trust Jaco! Before purchasing our home, Jaco was hired to waterproof it. The warranty was transferable and we closed on the house. Within the first year of living in the house, we had water coming in at the front of the house. We contacted Jaco to inspect it and we were told our warranty didn’t cover that part of the home, but that every other area was covered. After multiple talks, they assessed it and gave us a quote. The foreman, Adam, assured us that we would have no future issues and that everything from this point on would be under warranty. Low and beyond, within months, we had water again. We contacted Jaco multiple times and finally got ahold of Adam. He told us someone would be out to take a look. Weeks went by and still no one. We called again and finally someone came out. This time they told us that we’d need to pay more money to have the exact same spot waterproofed. The spot we just had paid $4,500 to fix. They, the experts, chose the wrong method to waterproof that spot and wanted us to pay again for their mistake. This is after the previous owner paid over $10,000 to have the basement waterproofed. This company can’t be trusted. They don’t stand by their work. They told us they fixed the problem as far as they could see at the time. When we hire you to waterproof an area, we shouldn’t have water in that same spots within months. It’s up to you to determine the best method to fix it. Not guess and hope it works.

We were doing a major remodel of our home which also had water in the basement. We had several other providers propose solutions and prices. Everdry was not the least expensive but also not the most expensive after some negotiating. In short - we have a dry basement now. Everdry delivers as promised. They have been out several times since the original installation to fix problems caused by our remodeling contractor (We had water in basement after remodeling contractor damaged the Everdry system). Even after I told Everdry the issues were not their fault and they were within their rights to charge to fix the problems cause by the remodel contractor, they simply showed up with a full crew took care of the problems. Basement dry again. The crew working our job were hard working, competent, professional and friendly. They really took pride in their work. Great group of people! I would use them again and would recommend them.

Awful. It took several different crews to come out and repair what the previous crew did. The first crew showed up for 1 hour then left to do a different job, after we already took time off from work to be home that day. When they returner the following day, that crew bickered amongst themselves and the crew manager walked around with his shirt off. Very unprofessional. I can only hope after several visits that the job was done right.

We bought our house three years ago and at the time the basement was partially finished with drywall. Six months later we started getting water during heavy rains. We were devastated to learn how expensive the solution was potentially going to be after interviewing five reputable basement waterproofing companies. Luckily I found Fadi and his team! At the time he gave me the quote for repair we didn't have the money even though his price was half compared to the other guys. Fadi stayed in touch for a year until finally we had saved enough! From start to finish - four days! They were clean, polite and professional. As a Realtor now I refer all my clients, colleagues and acquaintances to The Foundation Specialists LLC! They did a great job. They came when they said they would and were on time. Their pricing was great. They came on Memorial Day weekend and were done by Saturday. They were efficient and polite. There have been several heavy rains since the work was done and I haven't had a spot of water in my basement since.
