QCM Land SurveyingIf I could give this company a ten star rating I would. QCM was beyond professional. I was selling an 80 acre farm and needed to have it surveyed before we could close on the sale. I contacted QCM and explained my time constraint. They worked diligently, professionally, tirelessly and patiently to get the survey finished and approved by the county in record time. I highly recommend QCM. Every single person I spoke and dealt with was so friendly and professional. I called Ty so many times and he was always so nice and patient when answering my questions. He was very prompt in replying. I did appreciate his taking the time to educate me on the work since it is my first to do a survey project. He was early for his appointment to do the survey work. As promised, he emailed me the drawing and invoice on the following day. In reviewing the drawing, I asked him additional questions and he was very prompt in replying. Eric Arnold surely educated me in the steps to do a survey work and it was mighty helpful for me. Eric was available earlier than any company that I contacted. QCM Land SurveyingWe had a pretty complex situation in that we wanted to combine four smaller lots into one, with an old alley running down the middle. Two of the lots were on one side and two on the other side. QCM had to do a lot of research regarding whether the alley was officially abandoned or not, and kept us up to date on the progress they were making throughout. Although the job took longer than anticipated, it was not a problem, as the delays were unavoidable, and the results outstanding. After the survey pins were installed, the technician walked us through the property and explained everything thoroughly. The new plat arrived in a timely fashion. I wouldn't hesitate to hire QCM again.- Jane S.

QCM Land SurveyingThey are very responsive and answered all questions. They showed up when they said they would. Prices were as expected. The property is in Clermont County and they require a lot more detail from the surveyors so the price is usually 2-3 times what it would be in Hamilton County. They now need to draw up the revised plat and submit it for approval by the county. I fully expect that to go smoothly.- Rebecca W.

I called and left a message on 3/19/19, and they returned my call the next day. I explained that I needed only a Boundary Survey, primarily of the backyard; so that I could have a few trees removed (I wanted to make certain the trees were mine). Matt Kabadink (sp?) said he'd check in to it and get back to me with a quote. I already knew that the 'average' price for a Boundary Survey in my area is $350, and I'd already gotten a quote from two other survey companies: (1) $400 and (2) $500. When Matt called back, he said the Kleinger price would be $1,200.00. I said, surprised as you can imagine, "$1,200.00 for a Boundary Survey of the backyard? I've already received another estimate for $400.00, and your quote is way out of line with the norm." He said, "Well, I guess you should go with the other company then." This is a company not interested in new business. If you don't want to quote on a job - don't; but, don't be rude.
