All the mentioned work occurred during 3 visits spread across some 18 months; but none of the visits required more than a single day to complete. Work was conveniently scheduled and the worker(s) always arrived on time; if not 15 minutes early. A year after our last work was done (the poly-jacking), The Real Seal, at my request but at no charge, even sent out a technician to replace/redo some concrete plugs in those poly-jack holes that had popped out probably due to outdoor temperature swings.- Robert L.

He trhrew a piece of plastic over the cracks and never fixed them. The proposal says he was going to fix with EPOXY but he did NOT and when I asked him 3 times nicely to remove the plastic so I could see the crack that he fixed, he would not do it. I had to pull it off myself with my bare hands. Do NOT let him in your house or near you. I had to pay him to get him out of my house. Plus he broke my basement floor but that still did not fix the leak in the wall . He caused thousands of dollars of damage.

The folks at Basement Flood Protector have been fantastic to work with, especially Roger and John. Over the years, we used them for routine sump pump servicing on our exterior drain tile system. Always prompt, honest and fair. A few months ago, we decided to install an interior drain system with a new pump. It was a major job, having to jackhammer up part of the basement floor. Basement Flood Protector did the job efficiently, professionally and exactly as they said it would be. Pictures show before, during and after. I recommend them without hesitation.

Ken Kirchner, the owner, checked on our foundation. The insurance adjuster told me we may have a crack in the foundation. After evaluation our foundation, Ken told me there were no cracks in our foundation. Our plumber told me there was a water pipe problem. Ken video taped the location the water was coming in our family room. After viewing the video, our insurance adjuster told me we had a valid claim. Ken and Family Waterproofing Solutions did not charge me for his service. Steve and his crew arrived on time. The work area was confined by landscaping and an evergreen tree and mulch covered the area. The work included digging a 6ft by 6ft opening to seal the foundation with 2 rubber membranes. After the work was completed, the work area was restored to its original appearance including the mulch. We were impressed with the restoration to its original appearance, in fact it was impossible to detect a 6x6ft area had been excavated. We were very impressed with this job and crew.

First appointment was a no-show by the tech. Rescheduled. Today second no show. Called company to once again find out where tech is. Waited around almost two hours after end of scheduled appointment for tech to show. Showed tech crack on garage foundation. Tech doesn’t want to do work. Here is what I needed. Epoxy crack repair, carbon fiber mat on outside for stabilization and sealing. I also have multiple rental properties that have a need for repair. I will be going with Perma-Seal who will do this job and will be getting my future business. I used US Waterproofing years ago, it seems like it is not the same company today. Do not waste your time with US Waterproofing.

Our project which was rather complicated went very well. We wanted to move an existing basement window opening and install an egress window. The sales rep, Craig, was responsive and respectful. The crew worked quickly and professionally. But it was Stoyan who was the expert and who really helped us through the multiple steps of this project with a sense of urgency to take advantage of the good weather in December.
