Hope PlumbingQuentin and his helper came on a Friday in February and got started. They later had to call Citizens to get the water shut off because the lines crossed. They had to return on Monday to finish. Guess what happened on Monday? It snowed! They stayed until 6 PM to get the job finished with several inches on the ground. Nate's Appliance Repair & HVAC LLCI reached out via their Facebook marketplace ad to see if they could assist with my clothes dryer not heating up, and within an hour I had a response and an appointment for the next day! Nate arrived exactly on time and had all the parts (even with some cost saving options) needed to get the work done. As he worked to completely deconstruct the dryer to make the repair he explained what might have caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future, made some observations about brands to look for and some to avoid depending on the appliance. I can't say enough positive about him - he did a great job and when he left we felt a little smarter about appliances :) Would definitely use him again!- Toni H.

Repairman worked on it. It never worked after he left. Made an appointment for Tuesday to come back out. Received a call on Tuesday morning. Wanted the $227.00 bill paid. I told them when it was fixed the bill would be paid. I was told he would not come back out until the $227.00 was paid. Multiple times i told her when it was fixed I would pay. He never returned.
