Greg Spivey RemodelingWe moved into our new (existing) home in Sept 2021 and wanted a complete re-do of our fireplace. And a 3rd bay added to our garage for storage space of our lawn and other outdoor equipment. Having contracted Spivey Remodeling in the past at our previous address and being very pleased with their work, we contracted them again for our new home. The old fireplace was stone from top of chimney down to the foundation. The new fireplace is very elegant and a stand out from what it was. The garage addition turned out super! It blends in with the rest of the house and the neighborhood. It looks like it was always there. Thank you to Spivey Remodeling and crew.- John N.

They were very courteous and respectful of our time and our home, and were very responsive to any questions or concerns. They let us know what to expect in advance and everything flowed smoothly from there. They also did a beautiful job on our bar with custom stone and wood work. Dudley came out for the estimate and was very interested in understanding each aspect of the job to ensure it was done to our satisfaction. I received the estimate the same day and it was itemized. On the day of the installation, Dudley and Micah arrived on time and worked tirelessly until all 4 fans were installed. The ceiling fans look and work great and Dudley and Micah ensured that the work space was clean the same way they found it when they arrived. Landis & Landis Kitchen & Bath RemodelingEverything went very well - the tub/shower areas had to be redesigned and rebuilt and the new plan will be a much better use of space. The project started on time and ended early, and Nick always left everything clean and neat. TOMEK-ELECTRICI'm glad Kossi requested to quote this work because he did an amazing job! He was able to come out and provide a FREE estimate of the work very shortly after seeing the request (by the next day). We talked through the scope and I was confident he understood the challenges of the project because he took the time to look over everything. After I accepted his quote, he was able to fit me into his schedule the same week. The space was a challenging area for a new ceiling fan. No ceiling fan or light was currently in the room and there is no attic space above (the space is a loft area above a garage). He had to cut in space for the fan & wall control and run all new wiring. The walls/ceiling that the wiring was run behind show no evidence that anything was done! There was a little drywall dust to vacuum up near the wall control but besides that there was no construction debris left.- Kelly V.

I quoted $3000 but I got a discount. I want Chris and Lee to be recognized because they did their job very quickly. They very polite and very hard working and fast I don't need to pay extra hours. I have a dog that I need to locked up every time I have visitors but my dog love and follow them. I really like the company to recognize Chris and Lee. I like them to send me a three business card so I can refer them to different churches.

Overall experience was disappointing. We hired Inger Electric based on the positive reviews on Angi and were very impressed with Mike's communication and detailed walkthrough of the job during the visit for the estimate and leading up the actual work. We also thought the job estimate was very fair. Unfortunately on the day of the work it seemed like many of the discussed items were forgotten including where we wanted the outlets placed, how we wanted the conduit run, and most critically, that we did not want the joist cut to run the wire. Mike needed help multiple times since he was alone including having to make a run to the hardware store to get him additional materials. At the end of day, we did not ask for anything different than the original walkthrough and the final cost ended up being $150 more than the original quote. We also have no idea which breaker the new power is on because it wasn't labeled and had to clean up the patio because Mike had another job to get to.
