He noticed a hairline crack in the floor that needed to be repaired, in addition to the caulk work I knew I needed. Tony came a few days later and did the work at a very reasonable price. He is very professional and does an excellent job. This is the third time I have hired him to do a job and will continue to use Tony for all similar work.

Scott's crew did an extensive remodel on our home a couple of years ago. At that time he was also doing tile work. That job was excellent. We called back to have two room's carpets removed and replaced with hardwood, completed also to our satisfaction. We contacted them a third time for a small job and a repair of some carpet they installed. We never received a return call. I guess he didn't think that was worth his time regardless of the money he previously made off us.

I would give zero stars if I could. Either sold poor quality carpet or poor installation which caused wrinkles in carpet within a few years. Tish flooring blames "bad luck, like getting a flat tire. It must be from too much traffic in the house." This carpet was installed in an empty house, before a single owner moved into it. She has lived alone in house. No children, no pets. The 2 possibilities are poor quality carpet or poor installation of carpet. Tish flooring takes no responsibility for the problem. Poor customer service and poor communications. go elsewhere for flooring, if you want the money you spend to pay for quality.

I wish I could give the same glowing reviews as so many have given. My experience was different. The owner’s son came out to measure and start the quote process. He said the regular person was out ill. My main problem to be fixed is about 5-10% of the floor has crowned boards. I asked if the refinishing would flatten the boards. He was very noncommittal. I asked for the best sealer in the quote. I was surprised at how expensive the quote came back. After asking several times, I finally got an answer about how much the cost would decrease if I didn’t go with the premium sealer. My plan is to try to get this floor repaired. If not successful, then replace it. Based on the high cost to try to repair and the vague answer if that would even be accomplished, I asked about the cost to replace the floor. The estimator asked me for more details on how I wanted it done. I answered all the questions promptly. Some of the questions were ones I thought they, as the experts, would be suggesting to me, rather than asking me how I wanted the replacement done. That was almost two weeks ago and I haven’t heard from them since my last reply. In summary, their apparent lack of expertise in the field they work in every day and their failure to ever give me a quote for a replacement left me very disappointed.

Schriber's Flooring LLCSchriber flooring did excellent work for a fair price. From initial estimate to end product they were on time, on budget, polite, and responsive. More impressive was their quality of work and efficiency. They knocked out an 1,800 sqft home in about 5 working days without cutting corners. Even more impressive is that there are no transitions between any of the rooms (adding cuts and complexity), all of our doors still shut because they trimmed them rather than pushing them closed and calling it done, the designs/patterns are random and staggered appropriately by mixing from multiple boxes, the subfloor was properly prepped and flattened with recommended products, and areas such as gas keys and corners have precise cuts. Would recommend them to anyone for any job they are looking to have done without hesitation.- Quentin B.

Guardian Flooring AdvancementsAs they indicated, the first day was a full day of sanding , then choosing the appropriate stain which they applied. On day 2, the first coat of sealer was applied and on day 3 the final coat of sealer was applied. It cost $1,335 and we are pleased with the look of the floors as well as the professionalism and communication of the company. We would hire them again if needed.- Richard W.

Brown's FlooringEverything went great. We originally had Brown's install laminate in our entry way, living room, sunroom and kitchen. That was in 2019. They did a great job and we really enjoyed working with Bob. We recently decided to continue with the same flooring throughout the remainder of the home. Bob was able to find the same flooring and also made sure we had the same installation crew that did such a good job the first time. Everything went just as expected - fantastic! There were a couple large heavy bedroom furniture items that they had to work around but no problem. When they did the office there was a very heavy desk and credenza that they worked around and no problem again! We would definitely recommend this company and Bob for any flooring need.- Marcus P.
