GENERAL BRICK DESIGNSEd Constanza is a man you will love. He is a very intelligent, down to earth, perfectionist, caring person with wonderful work ethics! We had a horrific, disgusting ,smelly, moldy, dysfunctional crawl space as a basement. Which we had to take the oil burner and oil tank out of because of numerous water problems coming into our space. Ed and his crew came in and cleaned it up, waterproofed it, put anchors in, stones, a layer of concrete, wire mesh, then more concrete. Made it look so smooth. All this was done by the crew along with Ed. The crew, Wilson ,Darwin, Manuel, and Angel did all of this by hand!!! What excellent workers.. very hard work lifting wheelbarrows of cement and stones from the front of the house to the back 50 times for each, cement and stones in hot, humid conditions!!! They cleaned up anything that was laying around. Our place looked better than before they came to work, honestly!! We were scared to start this project at first, will all the other things we have done at our house that other contractors have done, and wound up being a mess and they could care less.. Its was that they got their money now try to get them to fix and redo the mess they made. NOT WITH ED CONSTANZA with Wilson, Darwin, Manuel, and Angel!!! Well worth every dollar we spent!! Nobody does it better in our opinion! They were such a Blessing!!!!! They are like our extended family now!! If you need a basement done or mason work, contact them for the best job and work ethics and price!! We are so happy we found Ed and his crew. Down Under Waterproofing & Foundation RepairWalt, Max, and the whole crew were absolutely amazing. This was a HUGE project. We basically had no foundation on the back/ side of our house and the 2nd floor overhang was poorly supported. Prior to us purchasing the house the previous owner added a very large addition on top of a very old and poorly constructed “house” . The inspection at purchase did not uncover the issues that we found about two years after when all of the cosmetic touch ups wore off. Walt’s crew ( Supervised by Max) replaced the foundation wall , added piers under the house, replaced all of the floor joists along with new piers, beams, and headers on the 40ft span at the back of the house. This is just some of the larger items because I would be here forever if I listed everything they had to do. Walt kept us informed during the whole project. From start to finish we were on the same page. The house had so many hidden issues but the crew worked through all of it. The price was very reasonable and less then all of the other estimates from competitors. We didn’t have a bunch of surprise increases along the way. He didn’t try to scare us or sell us anything we didn’t need. They are honest and reliable. The results were amazing and so far beyond our expectations !!! They are all so talented. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of contractors!! They have been done for almost a week and we miss them being here already. I will recommend them to everyone.- Robin M.

Basement Solutions LLCFrom start to finish we were very pleased with the excellent work performed by Bill and the Basement Solutions crew. Bill’s upfront estimate visit included a full explanation of the work to be performed and how the system would solve our water seepage problem, with a price proposal provided on the spot. Very reasonable compared with a second proposal that we obtained. The work was completed in two days as promised. The crew was well managed and did their work methodically through completion, removing all debris and leaving the premises and work area neat and clean. Building Structures Unlimited IncDave Muller is a fantastic specialist and a gentleman! I contacted him as he was highly recommended. After describing my challenges he inspected my home and presented my two most realistic options. Without his help I would have had a very tough time taking care of my mother as my home had very expensive major issues involving disintegration of the foundation. I tried to research the problem on my own and was spinning my wheels needlessly trying to find a "Mud-Jacker". I was in over my head and was lucky to be introduced to Dave and his company Building Structures Unlimited. The part that shocked me was that I fully expected to pay him $500 or more for the inspection and estimate. Dave refused to charge me because of my personal situation taking care of my mother. We waited 2 months for our work to be completed after giving them a $525 deposit and assured this would be a simple job. The workers were site on 6/30 for several hours, but they were unable to complete the job. The porch steps barely moved and are visibly not level. The contract stated the the steps would be lifted and leveled. I was assured that the work could be completed by bringing in equipment and lifting the steps to insert the foam product. However, this did not come to fruition. Instead, I was offered a refund, not by my original payment method (credit card), but by check. Unfortunately, to make the situation more complicated, dried and hardened foam is stuck to my existing railing. Although I have made multiple requests to clean this up, my requests have been completely ignored. I was promised a call by Bill Paterno, who I have been in regular communications with and who has conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, from Kyle Ward, but he has not attempted to contact me. I would have appreciated if my railings would have been cleaned, but as it stands, the foam is hardened and their is permanent damage. Although I asked for help just to have this addressed, no one has contacted me.

Eric the consultant inspected the job site took the measurements he needed and gave us an explanation of how the work was going to be handled. He also offered a discount and scheduled our project for the following week. When the day came the crew arrived on time and went right to work. We will use them again in the future for our pool deck. Overall a great bunch of people and a greater service.

The guy came to my home, and did a little measuring then drew a diagram of the work. he told me I would need this when I get someone to do the work, I told him i would get back to him since I thought he was going to perform the work. he then informed me that his fee was $400. i wasn't going to pay him for telling me something I already knew, plus he never told me about a fee when we spoke on the phone. I think this is a total ripoff so beware.

Joe is wonderful and I highly recommend! He is responsive, kind, and does great work! I had some old wallpaper that was going to be replaced. He walked me through how to take it down myself, a super tedious task as it was very old, to avoid being overcharged if I hired someone to do that portion of the project. I felt that he really had my best interest at heart and he then helped me see the project through - patching the wall and painting. It looks great and I look forward to brining Joe back to help restore other projects I have around the house!

Agreed on a price to do our sidewalk with Jose. Got cash for him. He told us a time and day. We got one message to do it a little later. Waited our entire day for him to come. Called his office many times. They told us he was ‘in a meeting’. Wasted our whole day. I don’t get it. I guess he doesn’t want our money. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I could make an appt with him and then not show up so he would know how it feels.
