Recent Review: We had been happy with the service before and decided to call United again. They were very prompt in coming to give us an estimate and set a date for the work to be done. The man who came to assess was friendly and explained everything and came up with a solution to our problems with water in the basement that sounded great. When the date came and the workers started to drill, cement started to fall from the ceiling in the basement. They immediately stopped work. It turned out the there was a portion of the basement ceiling that was not stable. They cleaned everything up, and the owner, Giovanni, got involved right away. He came personally to look at the house, and proposed a slightly different solution which was a little more complicated as the situation was a little different than had been originally assessed. We were very happy with the result and the new work was super promptly done, Giovanni came to oversee it all himself, and it seems great so far (we are waiting for a very heavy rainfall to truly see how it goes, but it looks perfect. It just hasn't been fully tested yet :)) What struck me most of all was the sincere care from Giovanni and the fact that he stood by the original estimate, when the work that was actually done was more complicated and likely cost more for them to complete.

The work looked great. 1st storm and rain that we didn’t have basement flooding! Will be recommending Ravi and using him again for facade work on our building. Thank you, Ravi.

Walt came out to my newly purchased home and assessed the situation in my large basement/crawlspace. His assessment of the situation was accurate, professional and fairly priced. He went above and beyond in his explanation so that I could understand the situation in "lay-man's" terms. I had received several estimates prior, and although they recommended many of the same things, no one had explained why. Walt made me understand the process of what needed to be done and why. Once the work began, Walt was hands-on and explained every step of the way. The crew that worked on my house was exceptional. Knowledgeable, dependable, professional, respectful and clean. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up after themselves, and Walt did a final inspection. The work was fantastic!!!! Recent Review: Eddie was amazing! All contractors should behave as professionally as he did. He was honest and refused to sell us anything because he said our situation did not warrant the kind of solutions that cost extensive amounts of money. He gave us simple, inexpensive solutions. I was so impressed with his knowledge. On another note, as a woman I am not surprised when contractors only speak to the men. I am a woman who takes an active role in "typical" male scenarios. He spoke directly to both my husband and me and couldn't have been more professional, kind and informative. I only wish I had work to give him! However, if and when I do, I would not hesitate to call him in an instant.
