Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!. I called the company and the owner, Luc, answered. I explained that our home inspection had revealed several cracks and the buyers wanted them fixed. I sent him a text message with pictures of the cracks taken with my iphone. He called me right back for another picture and a half hour later sent me a written estimate and we scheduled the repair in the next few days. Luc has a knowledge level that inspires confidence right from the start. I called another provider from Angies List and talked to a very nice lady, but the tech would have to come to the house then send me an estimate and the whole process would have taken weeks. From 'coupons' on their website I could see that the cost would be similar to Attack a Crack. With Attack a Crack the whole process took only a few days because there was a weekend. The techs arrived on time. Neatly made room to work in a very messy basement. Made no mess themselves-dustless process. Put everything back in place and it only took 3 hours to fill 3 larger cracks and repair 3 smaller ones. Techs were polite and competent. Highly recommend

Very happy with the work performed. Professional and skilled crew who were on time and worked quickly. It was a tight space with a nearby fence so they did everything manually. Very thorough job and looks great! No more leaks in the basement and we're very happy! Price was fair and reasonable and below other contractors' estimates. Would definitely hire again if needed.

We were in need of a new retaining wall that was leaning over and some chimney repair. My wife found General Brick Designs here on Angies List. More than that she found Ed Costanza a master in his field. He came by and took a look at our job and gave us a full explanation of what was going on. There was never any pressure that we had to do the job immediately. Ed even offered to come by and check it for us once in a while when he was in the area. I liked Ed from the start. He was friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and really just an all around great guy to meet. Ed was on the job overseeing the project the whole time and his crew worked like a well oiled machine under his direction. Ed and his team were really a pleasure to have around. I was in awe of how much work they accomplished and how neat they left everything nightly and at the end of the project. During the project we found a real foundation problem and Ed made the repairs for us immediately no hassles, no fuss a real pro and a good man. On Angies list they ask a question would you hire again? Not only would I... I already told Ed I'm hiring him to do my driveway because of him. Look no further, this IS the man you want you won't be disappointed.

It was thought that the old foundation could be supported and repaired. However as soon as work began the old foundation collapsed completely. At that point the quoted price doubled, as the old foundation (at the one side of concern).had to be removed and a new one engineered. I don't blame the mason; I think he's honest and certainly hard working. However, I'm not sure I would have undertaken the project if I had known the final cost. I have feeling that in the long run the foundation may outlive the barn Itself.

I had water slowly making its way through a foundation wall and into my finished basement, which to repair, required that the exterior-facing side be excavated. Ravinder and his team were fast, clean and professional. Also being competitively priced, I can't recommend City Suburb enough.

He was great - he came right on time, was courteous, professional and by far the best price in town. He did a great job and I would very highly recommend him. He was the BEST!

Called Richie Thursday. He and Vincent came over Friday and agreed to repair the foundation for $825. They came over early Saturday morning, repaired foundation. Also found it wasn't as bad as first thought, so they reduced repair bill to $625.

Roger and his crew did an amazing job repairing the substandard work done by a previous contractor. They brought everything up to code and made it aesthetically appealing . They were very professional and I would highly recommend them.

Writing this review brings up a lot of bad memories/feelings. But I must warn those of you considering these people. Most of these reviews are fake. City Suburb pays hundreds of dollars a month to a company called 'LinkNow' to post reviews monthly for them. It's at the bottom of their website, look for yourself. They post reviews to google, home advisor, yelp, all of them. They also take down negative reviews for a price. They call them 'citations' to try to hide what they're really doing. Ravinder Singh from City Suburb stole thousands of dollars from me. He changed terms of the contract constantly after signing, invented/added prices, and delivers poor work with his unskilled workers. He charged me $3000 for permits that he never got. After I gave him payment he refused to go get permits and ran off with my money. (Yes, permits were part of the contract that he signed) The concrete driveway he was hired to do looks like children laid it and is starting to crack. One part of it was pitched so wrong that I had to force him to redo it because all the water would have been dumped right into my basement window. He used different color concrete so there's a big patch that is just a different color now. None of the lines are straight and there are no right angles. His workers are very unskilled. The basement cinderblocks he replaced are already showing signs of water coming through. If I can prevent at least one person from falling victim to Ravinder Singh and City Suburb maybe I can finally let this go. There are so many more bad things that happened with these people but this review would turn into an essay if I listed them all. You know what you did Ravinder. I don't know how you sleep at night.

Anthony and his crew did an excellent job! His prices were competitive and his work was great. He is very knowledgeable about masonry and was very helpful with any questions and concerns I may have had about the work. He did not pressure me to get more work done than I actually needed at this time. I opted to have a sealer/waterproofing sprayed on the brick front of my home. It has a 10 year warranty which made me feel more secure about the cost. All of the the work was done quickly and the job site was left very clean. I will definitely recommend Anthony to friends and family for any masonry work needed. I would use him again in the future.
