MsealMy experience with Mseal was fantastic from start to finish. I had seen an Mseal yard sign in my neighborhood and the driveway looked amazing. So I called the number, Mike answered immediately and I told him what I thought we needed done (patching of several large cracks and sealing of a relatively large driveway). Mike came out the next day and gave me an estimate. When we were speaking, it was evident he was an expert in his craft. He told me exactly what he thought should be done and why. His pricing was reasonable so I pulled the trigger immediately. When the weather cooperated a couple weeks later, Mike and crew came out to do the work. They were extremely professional, cleaned up the job site and kept me posted on progress the whole time. The finished product looks amazing...like a different driveway altogether. It has been a week since the work was done and the driveway still looks great...no peeling, chipping, marking, etc. Compared to the last time we had our driveway sealed, it was night and day. I mostly interfaced with Anthony but did speak with John and the company receptionist. All were very pleasant, professional, and super easy to work with. Anthony was understanding, patient, and helped me decide which work should be prioritized in order to stay within my budget. The Essex & Morris work crew arrived as scheduled, did excellent work, and didn’t leave a mess afterwards. I wish I had known of them the first time I had mason work done at my home as I wouldn’t have had to settle for inferior workmanship. My apologies to E&M for not writing this review sooner. The sidewalk sections and driveway asphalt paving were excellent! I highly recommend using Essex & Morris.

No rushing. Then we apply the proper amount of sealant. Most of times we apply with brushes.This provides a thicker coat and a more smooth finish..It costs a Lil more but we'll worth the price.Most driveways will last between 2 and 3 years before another application is needed.

Mowla was friendly and professional. We had him and his team come out to fix a leak in our roof that was starting to damage our 2nd floor bathroom ceiling. He quickly found the cause and most importantly didn't try to upsell us like other contractors have in the past (i.e. telling us we needed a new roof). He was on time (early even) on the scheduled day and was in and out in less than an hour. We'll definitely be contacting Mowla Home Improvement Progressive for future work needed on the house.
