Strong PaintingTrino and his crew did an amazing job! They spent 4 days stripping and refinishing our two large mahogany front doors and they turned out beautifully. They carefully taped off the entire lower level and painted two coats to cover the existing darker paint color. The crew was prompt, tidy and professional. Trino is a nice, trustworthy and highly professional manager of his painting crew. Molloy RoofingMolly provides excellent service. I saw their sign in the yards of other homes in our neighborhood, so I knew they had experience working on older homes. Within the organization, I worked closely with Kevin the estimator. He is great to work with and is very dependable. I also especially liked Gary, who did the copper gutter replacement and soffit repair. he is very friendly and personable and very talented. Both Kevin & Gary are great assets to Molloy. We signed the contract online & kept in touch with him via his office manager or his cell phone. He was easy to get hold of and always delivered! We wanted the house trim to match the window trim (hunter green) and he was able to get this custom color for us. He showed up every day to update his crew and left them to do their job(s). The paint crew spray-washed, scraped, caulked, nailed up loose trim, primed and painted our home, and it looks FANTASTIC!! Our house is now the best looking house on the street! We are so pleased with how it looks, and highly recommend Dadstasks for exterior painting. We definitely plan to hire Darryl and his Dadstasks team for other home improvement projects in the future.- AMY D.

Custom Colors PaintingThis project was an excellent experience. Dave was very easy to work with. His crew did an amazing job and several neighbors stopped by to tell us how great our house looks and how impressed they are with the work. The crew was friendly, polite, arrived promptly each day and were very quiet while working. At the end of the day all equipment was packed up and our property was left very clean. Cincinnati Concrete SolutionsScott and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with! They were timely and communicated very well when we had questions and while we were waiting for the concrete truck. We had some rain occur in between the demo and pouring, which couldn't have been avoided but did delay the project slightly. Rather than rushing to pour too soon, they wanted to wait and make sure they were doing the best job possible so the concrete would form properly. We really appreciated the extra efforts they took to do our job right. Originally, our steps were open underneath due to a dryer vent placement. They re-routed the vent (making it easier for us to get to in the process) and corrected the original poor design of a floating slab, filling in the open space and re-using the original concrete pieces to help fill in the space (great thinking!). They were very knowledgeable and friendly to work with throughout the process. When I had questions or concerns I emailed the owner, Scott, and he would reply quickly with an answer or resolution. We've received lots of complements on the work Scott's team performed and I have referred him to several family members and friends already. If I ever need concrete work done again, rest assured I will be contracting Scott at Cincinnati Concrete Solutions to do the work. Thanks for making this experience a great one!!- Melissa K.

The workers performed the job in an expedient manner, however I was a bit surprised that while the painters removed old chipped paint, they did not fill in and smooth the surface. I was told that that would have cost extra. I would have liked to have been given the option to have that done. Now I have to do it myself. Also painters should always cover the landscaping. Other than this the job was satisfactory.
