J Gill Roofing LLCMr. Gill installed gutter screens for me last summer, 2020. It was a great experience. He was easy to get in touch with, and would return messages within the hour. He gave me an estimate which was very reasonable for the work being done. He was very patient when I told him it might be a few weeks before I would get back with him because of the virus. When I did get back with him, he came out late the same week to perform the work. He did a great job and I don't think I will have any leaf problems for years to come. And the price was very reasonable. I will highly recommend him to any friends or neighbors who needed roofing or gutter work in the future, and would definitely give him a 5 star rating. Molloy RoofingWe've been a Molloy Roofing customer for over 10 years. They inspect the roof, chimney and gutters twice a year. If there is a problem, they fix it. Text messages from them show they were at my house for no more than 12 minutes. We have 4000 sft. 2 story home with 3 car garage, all side with gutters. Seems unlikely they completed the job in such a short time, so I called right away and asked are they sure they cleaned all the gutters. Yep, they replied. Within a short time the gutters full gunk again with water overflowing the sides. The job was done on Dec 19th...so Winter, not Fall, Leaves already fallen to the ground and removed. So leaves didn't fill-up the gutters after their service. Called for them to double check their work... it would cost another $90. No thanks.

After doing some research for gutter guards, I decided to call Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection. John came out and gave an estimate for the guards and as soon as an opening became available, the guards were installed. The young man who installed the guards was very nice. A few weeks after the installation, I called John with a concern about how the the gutter was sitting and he came as soon as he was available and fixed the issue. He even did some additional maintenance/repair on the soffit. I would recommend when looking for gutter work, that Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection be considered.
