Very professional. They came on time and the cleaning of several rooms took about an hour. Light colored. pet stained carpet came out very good. I recommend their steam cleaning highly. We have had dry chemical cleaning before which did nowhere as good a job.

I really like hiring the owner of the company to do the work. Bob is the owner. He is very professional. He explained what I needed to do to take care of my carpet. He left a great spray to use on the area where my dogs were staining my carpet. He cleaned a really really dirty pet stained carpet til it looks and smells great. He is very aware of cost to me and explains everything. I was considering getting rid of the family room carpet. Now I plan to keep it and just keep calling him back out when it gets dirty.

Brian had given us an estimate last fall (2019). Some things came up and we were not able to get our carpets cleaned until this summer (2020). I didn't expect Bock's to honor the estimate since it had been several months from the estimate. When I called to schedule the appointment, they said the price would be what was on the estimate. That was very good of them. Drew and Aiden came out to clean our carpets. They were very prompt, efficient, professional and did a very good job. I would certainly use Bock's Steam Star to clean our carpets again.

We purchased a deal through Angie's List which we have done previously. We Bob, you definitly get your money's worth as he does a fantastic job. Within the past year we purchased a rather expensivve home carpet cleaner. Right now we either loan it to our daughter or to the neighbors or it sits and simply takes up space. Nomater how hard I try (and our carpet cleaner uses hot water and rotating brushes), it can't compare wit what we get from Bob. Anyone looking for a lightly used carpet cleaner?

Carpet looks great and he provided a cleaner that is better/safer to use on carpets then the spot shot I normally use. Bob called us the day before (on a Sunday) to remind us of our appointments and even called the day of to let us know he was running a few minutes late. I first seen this company on Angie’s list and couldn’t believe all the reviews he had. Bob gave me a fair quote over the phone to do every room in our house and that was good enough for me. When he got to our house he gave me the advertised quote he had going on at the time on Angie’s List so the quote was even lower than I expected which allowed me to do two interior rugs and stay within the price range I wanted.
