    We have hired Brogan Painting and Remodeling for numerous jobs since 2014, including woodrot repair, interior floor/ ceiling repair, exterior painting, and interior painting. John Buschmann has always been our project manager. He is extremely responsive, and is a super nice guy. He provides valuable honest opinions and expertise. For example, I was considering doing accent painting on all windows of our house. He suggested that we limit it to the front windows because it would likely not be worth the cost since no one would see the other sides and we have a large number of windows. To me, that speaks volumes to his reputation and the reputation of the company. They could have easily just collected more money for the sake of. They are also very reasonably priced and always do excellent work. My extended family has also used them for projects, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone

    My contact was Brad Shaw. He was professional, responsive, timely, a great communicator, and very detail oriented. The bid was very fair-not the most expensive by far, but also not the cheapest. Brad was very patient with me when I was trying to decide on a paint color. His crew painted the exterior of my home, including the trim. They also replaced all of my wood rot. When the job was done he did a walk around to ensure I was happy with the finished product. He was actually pickier then I, and found some areas needing touch up that I didn't even see. I would highly recommend using him and would myself hire him again

    Called to get new railings installed for new concrete steps. Greg came out. We gave him an idea of what we wanted. He took measurments and said he would get us a bid. I called 2 weeks later asking about where things were. I was told he was out that day and would be told we called. It's now been several weeks since I called. Never heard a peep. I understand things happen and I hope nothing bad did to keep him from doing the job or contacting us. But to not hear anything from him or the company? Won't call again for other jobs we have planned
