  Led by a Fast talking BS artist. Keep your eyes open if you choose to deal with them. I was quoted just under 250 for a carpet cleaning in my small home. A hair above market rate, but they seemed reputable and so I agreed. But when the day came, the boss came with the worker. In classic fast talking BS artist fashion, the boss started talking about how we clearly needed to use more powerful chemicals. How for us, he will charge us cheaper. He refused to quote the upcharge until he asked for payment. And the final charge was just under 400$, WELL over market value for a home of my size even with the ad-ons that were pushed into the deal. To be clear, the worker did a great and thorough job. If his boss hadn’t decided to mess with me, I would have given them a fantastic review for the quality of their work and their customer service. I hope the extra hundred bucks was worth it to their company

  We hired FreshStart to do a mold inspection on a house we were looking to purchase. Ben came out and did the inspection and found no evidence of mold. He did give hints for what we could do post purchase to help prevent mold from occurring in both the basement and the attic. Was very satisfied with the inspection and will hire FreshStart Restoration if we ever need services for mold remediation

  I have used Certified Carpets for many years and have always found that their work made my carpets look like they had never had a spot on them no matter how dirty they were to begin with. My 13 year old carpets look like new 6 months+ since they were cleaned and not only clean but with good texture. They have cleaned my upholstered couches in the past as well.
