Everyone worked so hard and relentlessly regardless of the weather which had been so inclement at times. Rico is extremely talented when designing our driveway. His suggestions were welcomed and it turned out beautifully. This crew is in high demand and had some wait time to get to us but is was well worth the wait. We contracted with Brendan Kelly/Archadeck to have his company build a sunroom addition. From the start of the project until it’s completion, we experienced professionalism at a whole different level. Each crew arrived daily and worked non-stop. They were friendly and efficient. During the building process, ANY questions or concerns we might have had were instantly addressed by Brendan Kelly. Mr. Kelly has perfected his business model to meet any consumer’s need. Scott's Home ImprovementsDavid did a great job managing our master bedroom renovation which included adding a new wall and door, replacing floor, updating brick tile on fireplace facade, and custom built in cabinets in the attached closer/laundry. David also replaced our deck, detailed a shower, and installed vented ceiling fans in two bathrooms. He did a lot of work and even when the project kept growing he would just update the quote and keep going. We are very happy with the final product and I know the work was done correctly without cutting any corners. We are already talking to David again about our next project. Called on Tuesday. Set up time for evaluation and estimate for Wednesday morning at 8:30. At 11:30 I called to see if we were still on. There was babysitting problem, ok, things happen. Set up for that afternoon whenever he was able to make it out. It's been two weeks now and haven't heard a word. Called Paul Davis Restoration and have them working on estimate.

Overall the screened in back deck turned out good. However, we’ve rated this project 3 stars because we had 2 issues with the Bluegrass Company. #1: They claimed that a thorough cleanup would be completed after completing the project, but debris was left behind that caused injury to our dog. #2: The Payment Process that is utilized by BlueGrass does not work and is not reliable. I completed the payment only to have BlueGrass BUG me about the payment. Unfortunately we gave BlueGrass only 3 stars because we had 2 significant issues. The cleanup & payment issue. Otherwise we’re happy with the workmanship of our screened in back deck deck!

Mike and Nick are simply amazing! They did a wonderful job building our deck. This was a major project because they had to demolish the old deck and build a new large deck with a total area of more than 2,000 sq ft. The project took a year to be completed; it also included some electric work and plumbing work, which they did. They executed this job impeccably. I could not have asked for better workers. They are totally competent, very reliable, extremely nice, always willing to accommodate requests or change of plans, conscientious, and honest. Unlike many contractors, they are not greedy. And they really care about doing a good job. They are respectful, polite, professional, and upbeat. They epitomize the qualities and virtues that were common in America long time ago and have almost disappeared nowadays. It is so refreshing to see that there are still some good people around. I was blessed to find them, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Nu-Wood Works did a fine job staining our new deck and pergolas that were built this past summer. The owner Mark is timely and efficient with communication. He custom created a stain colour for us. I wanted a teak-shade and he was able to create this for us. It looks great, and he says he will be adding this shade to his line, I highly recommend you check it out. The young man who stained our deck, Cris, did a great job and works very well on his own. I did notice a few details upon my inspection, minor missed spots, but Cris was diligent and ensured I was happy before he completed the job. I highly recommend this company for all your outdoor staining needs.
