Wright Choice Home InspectionJeff was very personable, listened to my concerns. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his report. He was neat. He used shoe coverings and didn't hesitate to crawl into the smallest, creepiest places. He was patient and proactive during the review process to answer all of my questions, and even walked through the house to show me clearly answers to my questions. The report was complete with pictures and notes showing areas of concern with a clearly defined rating system in terms of severity of concerns. Report was received same day.- Jeff L.

Black DiamondI’m honestly surprised at all the positive reviews on here. We’ve spent about $1500 this year on treatments, and still had to battle wasps throughout the summer, my dog had 3 ticks I had to remove, and we are seeing new mouse droppings after traps were set a couple months ago. I’m not sure what I’m paying for. And so now we are having this problem with mice, which means if I have them come take care of that, I won’t get all the spiders in my basement handled. This is a lot of money to keep having the same problems. We are treated MONTHLY. At this point it may just be water.- Elia H.

GUARDIAN INSPECTIONSThe entire team at Guardian Inspections was amazing from start to finish. The woman (Christie) I spoke to on the phone to schedule my inspection was so kind and professional. Brian who did my inspection was also phenomenal. As a person who is early to everything I appreciated him showing up early too! He was professional and thorough through out the inspection, and explained everything he was looking at and seeing each step of the way. He also gave me little tips on how to do little remodel touches that I was discussing with him which was very kind of him. Katie who did my radon test was also incredibly kind and thorough, she explained to me my level of radon and the different levels that are considered okay to dangerous. I also had a termite inspection and that gentleman (sorry, forget his name!) was kind and helpful as well. My inspection report was sent over to me just a few hours after the inspection was over...wow! And the way the inspection was color coded and mapped out made it so easy to read and go over. I’ve never had a home inspection report be so organized. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and as long as I am in Cincinnati I will never use another home inspector. Garr Home InspectionsGarr home inspections contacted me immediately and worked me into their schedule quickly. Mark Garr was a pleasure to work with. The inspection was very thorough and he pointed out issues related to the house without being an alarmist about normal wear on a house. This made it extremely easy to negotiate with the seller the repairs necessary. His reports were very detailed and easy to understand. After the inspection, he took the time to go through each issue and explain its severity and possible solutions also making it easier to negotiate repairs. Mosquito Joe of Southern Indiana"Customer service is wonderful!! The guys that come out to treat yard are very courteous and nice and explain everything. I was very skeptical at first until a friend said how impressed she was with the results. My pups were getting ticks and I sit on my porch every night so mosquitoes are an issue!! Since my area has been treated, no more ticks!! I saw one mosquito and said i wonder if it is time for an re application...sure enough an email had been sent out to except them the next day. I first used this company in the last 70s when the father was a little energizer bunny. I had called a few years ago when I thought I had termites and found they no longer did termites. So when I found damage A couple days I thought it was termites and instead of calling them called one of the bigger companies. Major mistake. Their diagnosis was carpenter ants, and was told I needed termite treatment, even though I did not have termites. The logic was that sometimes you might have one if you had the other. In addition to a cost of $1100 and $160 yearly they were going to drill into grout on tile back poarch. There was no guarantee. After much research with google I discovered that termite treatment was not the standard for carpenter ants, but a bait and barrier treatment was. They then offered me a treatment with one time single bait station, three months in a row service call and quarterly treatment with the total being $450. Called toler, and believe it or not he came out late afternoon this same day. Within a couple minutes he found water damage above windows on poarch which was causing water to run under siding. Found the carpenter ants. Treatment at this time would not resolve the problem. I need a contractor to fix the water issue and repair the damage. Yes the damage is worse than I thought but he identified the problem, and told me treatment is not going to work until I fix the poarch water issue first. Then, and only then I need to chemically treat and put up oil barrier. Cost of visit $45. Yes I have to hire contractor, but not only did he identify cause of my issue but told me how to permantly resolve issue. Told me how to do repair or what it would cost for them to chemically treat, $300-500. The termite treatment would not have been effective, and to treat with the other companies bait and yearly treatment would not work until I removed what they were eating and seal it up. If I had taken the first companies approach the problem would have gotten larger and more costly in addition to spending money with no effective return. This is a family owned business, not a prepackaged product. He listened to what I needed and explained in a manner I understood. After minimal sleep worrying about this last nite I have numbers and information to make the correct decision. I would recommend this company.

The work went very well. We've used other tree services previously and they did good work. What distinguished Limbwalker from the others we used was their arboriculture knowledge and landscape aesthetic. We worked with Stephan Zimmerman to determine the scope of work, with his expertise leading the way. The removal and pruning crew, Dave, King and Mikey, were efficient, careful, professional and personable. The second crew that removed the stumps was equally professional and efficient. Both crews left the areas in which they worked clean and in good shape.
