For AT&T, you’ll need to complete your trade-in directly with AT&T after purchasing your new iPhone with Apple.
If you’re activating one of the carrier offers, all you need to do is authorize activation of your new iPhone with an AT&T Unlimited plan, any T‑Mobile/Sprint phone plan, or an eligible Verizon Unlimited plan at the time of purchase.
For AT&T, Sprint, and T‑Mobile customers, you’ll receive an email after you’ve completed your purchase that includes next steps to redeem the offer. For Verizon customers, the offer will be applied during checkout.
