The absolute best, well thought out, customers focused and highly efficient way of doing things. I love this app.
I deal with other apps, programs, softwares and various different computer system on diesel highway trucks and automotive application, and none can come up with the ease of use and efficiency of Apple. Apple has spoiled me so much that everything else just seems like it was developed by single IQ personnel.
I wish everything was Apple and ran by their system.

Not long ago Apple went out of their way to make sure every customer had optimal experience. Recently bought IPhone. I made an appointment to buy. I asked about transferring data to my new phone and then resetting old phone to give to my son. The reset did not work went back 1 he later and was told you need to make an appointment. waited 3 days for appointment. When I brought phone back it battery died and when it powered back up reset occurred automatically.
I then asked for help instead because I wanted to buy a new MacBook Pro. The person said I had to make another appointment.
Yesterday in Hawaii noticed store was empty literally one couple in 2k square foot store. I wanted to buy an Apple Watch charger. Waited in an empty line it was sprinkling outside and store that was roped off like a line in front of a popular nightclub. After waiting several minutes a bouncer came out took my info went back into store and talked to manager. The “bouncer” came back several minutes later and said sorry I can not let anyone in with out appointment. I think he noticed how upset I was so he went in store and brought out the charger and sold it to me in the street in front of store. Hope he did not get fired for providing customer service.

You guys makePromises you can’t keep.
Expect me to wait for you to do a refund and then get the item again when the last few items I needed that day and I can’t believe how unbelievably f’d over I’ve been by Apple.
And now I had a delivery of a watch band because my watch band broke before I was leaving for for taxes for my titanium Apple Watch and the guy literally walks down my driveway never knocked on the door never rings the doorbell never attempts to reach me because I’m sitting right there in the window on the phone and literally justTwo minutes later I get a notice that my package was under undeliverable because I was unavailable? What a bunch of lying garbage.
The Postmates guy didn’t even try to leave it and I don’t have enough to extend another $250 to Apple to go get another one and the drive 25 miles when I’m supposed to be doing other work.
While I’m waiting a week for a refund when all the guy had to do was say hello it’s the post mates guy.
I bought a monitor they sent me a broken monitor for my 13 inch MacBook Pro I never was able to get another one.
Apple products and become unbelievably cheap
Their customer service is absolutely horrendous,Here just go buy another $900 monitor while you’re waiting your two weeks for the refund of your other one.
