Mike gave us by far the best quote almost half less than the other plumbers we received from. Mike came highly recommended by someone who had used him in the past. He replaced all of our cast iron sewer pipes, replacing with PVC. This was an unexpected expense for us but seeing the other plumbers exploiting people in the same position with ridiculous costs, Mike was not like that at all. He communicated well and went above and beyond helping us with other issues as well. Thank you, Mike!

Mike at North Dallas Plumbing and Leak will be the only plumber I recommend moving forward. After receiving several quotes, I was considering just doing the work myself. Mike called me and was able to give me an honest price over the phone - no one does this anymore. Not only did he provide a great and honest quote, he was extremely responsive and the quality of work was perfect. He found issues from others plumbers work and rather than just ignoring them or adding to them, like other large companies typically do, he truly fixed the issue. I hired North Dallas Plumbing company when my old contractor ran. My whole sewer line was replaced in 4 days. Mike was super active and because of him i was finally able to sleep. I would recommend him to everyone who is looking for any plumbing work. He is very respectful and knows how to do business. His business ethics are amazing and i am very happy with his work.

Mike did a good job for half the cost quoted by AAA Auger, and quicker, too. Was honest (pointed out that I had a copper main line instead of plastic, so no need to replace whole thing).

I had contacted Mike for a service call to check out a potential shower pan drain leak issue, he was able to squeeze me in his schedule quicker than everyone else I contacted so I picked him, first thing to know is that Mike is a ?Master Plumber? which is a higher certification than a regular/?journey? plumber, and they are more experienced and cost more than regular plumbers, I did not know this ahead of time before hiring him and had some initial misunderstanding on the service fee, Mike was very fair and worked with me regarding this, he was also very professional and honest person when giving me his diagnosis of my shower drain was not leaking and so he didn?t bullshit me into some work that I didn?t need. I would recommend him to anyone needing a master plumber and I will use him the next time I have any plumbing issues because now I trust him.

My experience hiring Mike was so good that I've already started telling all my friends about him. Mike came out and took a look at my condo's burst pipes, showed me all the issues, gave me fair pricing, and in general he had an awesome attitude. I've since discovered other plumbing work i'd like completed, and rather than hire or look for another plumber, I'd rather wait for Mike. Plumber Michael is amazing . His knowledge and honesty is unmatched . He located the hot water line leak in the slab immediately and repaired it in a timely manner. My tenant in Carrollton was very concerned as the leak was getting bigger. I would definitely continue using him for all my rental properties. Price is very fair and he warranty his job too. Mike is very knowledgeable, friendly and shows up on time. He quickly assessed the situation and shared the bad news that the gas line to my dryer had been cut outside of the house and hadnâ t been properly capped. He was happy to put in a new line for me to the gas dryer but was honest about the pricing and said I could buy two electric dryers for what it would cost to put a new line in. I appreciated his candor and professionalism. I immediately recommended him to a friend.
