Called Felix, and his co-owner Joshua came very quickly despite they have a full schedule the whole week. Took a while even just stop the leak (this was how bad it was). "Had water appearing at the base of the toilet. One company, without pulling the toilet, said that the toilet was broken on the underside and all I needed was a new toilet(did not use this company). According to what I read on the internet, the toilet has to be pulled up first before the real problem can be determined. This is exactly what Jason said and did. Once the toilet was pulled, it was very obvious that it was NOT a broken toilet, but a much worse scenario that affected the toilet in each bathroom. He thoroughly explained what had happened and what needed to be done to remedy the situation. It was quite a process, but he organized floor, wall, baseboard and even electrical repairs. Bathrooms are good as before and I can't tell where the patches were done. Would definitely use this company again."

"Iâ ve used Joe at Pipers Plumbing for a previous issue with my tankless hot water system. Joe brought my system up to code and added the items needed to do so. We are finishing up a complete remodel of our 2nd floor (which the contractor used his own plumber) we ran into what was originally thought to be a major problem. Our sink, toilet shower and one of the outside hoses ran nothing but HOT water! After spending 30 mins or so trying to figure things out we started discussing where we were going to have to cut in the ceiling of first floor to get access to where we thought the water lines were crossed. (I had many pics and videos of remodel) Joe thought of something. 10 mins later everything was fine and disaster was avoided. The stem in the shower valve wasnâ t installed by previous plumber and it was allowing hot water to feed into the lines. Saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars in work. Then, when I asked what I owed him he said nothing.. $0.. Told me he was glad to help and glad that we were able to fix the issue. When I tried to pay him $100 he continued to turn down the money and told me to consider it my â Veteran Discount â and thanked me for my service in the Marine Corps! Awesome company!"

Both he and Alex are very customer-friendly, professional, and experienced. We are now looking at replacing our water heater. "Professionalism was shown from the initial visit to the very end of the project. We found it comforting that during the initial assessment visit, the supervisor John came to introduce himself, Uli and Jr. This team of very nice young men were efficient, professional, knowledgeable of their work and was very respectful to my family and my home. Uli and Jr unclogged a very slow shower drain, installed a toilet and totally replaced my very old kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet. They even, took the time to install the soap dispenser accessory even though they had finished the job and were ready to pack up and leave (totally due to my miscommunication)! I must say, they did a great job and left the work areas clean, hauling away the old items for disposal. everything is beautiful and working as expected! We could not have chosen a better company to take care of us and now, they will be our go to company! I must also give a shout out to the receptionist, I believe whose name was Courtney or Constance (forgive me if I got the name wrong). She was a gem to speak with and listened to my needs. Her voice had a soothing quality and there was a confidence in her tone that left me feeling at ease about this group coming into our home. And by the way, as we all learn to live in the world of COVID19, Supervisor John, Uli and Jr, all presented wearing mask and glovesð . My husband and I simply can't say enough good about this crew. Price wise, was it reasonable, if you value quality and getting the work done correctly the first time around...absolutely yes and yes the C-F clan is truly impressed!
